From the white picket fence and wide wrap around porch that greets you to the two minute walk across 30A to the beautiful turquoise waters and white sands of the beach, you will know you have found your own silver lining.
Silver Lining is located in Cassine Village a sleepy, cozy neighborhood that allows you to escape the hustle and bustle! Within the neighborhood, you can enjoy two swimming pools, new tennis courts and basketball court. Take a relaxing walk along our nature/fitness trails and enjoy the beautiful native plants and stocked fishing pond. Pack a picnic and relax in the gazebo complete with barbeque grill. Our Nature trail connects to Point Washington State Park, with miles of hiking and biking trails. Take a walk or ride outside of the neighborhood on 30A, lined with sidewalks that allow you to ride or walk to Seaside (1 mile),Watercolor (1.5 miles), or even closer to the Heart of Seagrove where you can enjoy great fresh seafood, a deli, beach grill, pizza and shopping. Oops, I almost forgot, step across 30A to the beautiful emerald water and sugar white beach!
The charm and casual style of Silver Lining will make you feel right at home. The choice of a soft beach color palette will help sooth your senses. Walk past the living room and kitchen, down the hall to the comfortable bedrooms, two baths, and screened in back porch. The kitchen is stocked with lots of new dishes, cooking and baking dishes, utensils, glassware, a refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker, everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. The living room has DVDs for your use. The sleeping accommodations are great with one King, one Queen, two twin beds and a full size sleeper in the living room.
The master King has a large adjoining bathroom with oversized shower, double vanity sinks, two large closets, a sitting area for you to enjoy your favorite book, cable TV and access to the screened in back porch. Across the hall the queen size bedroom has an adjoining door to the full size bath, cable TV and access to the screened in back porch. Two twin beds with a sitting area are available in the front bedroom. Laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer are available for your use in the hall laundry closet. The entire house is one floor....so no stairs to climb! The floors are all tile, so no worries about bringing a little piece of the beautiful beach back with you! The screened in back porch provides Adirondack chairs and a bistro table for enjoying your early morning coffee, afternoon snacks or your favorite sunset beverage! An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the pool or beach or just taking a shower in the beautiful outdoors!
Our home has three TV's, a DVD player, internet access, books, games and DVD's to choose from. Two bicycles, tennis rackets, basketball, football, Frisbee and two rafts are available for your use in our storage shed.
