  Like others who have stayed here, we found this a great spot, and it is true that the pictures and descriptions are very accurate. It is centrally located and SD has a good transit system, so we parked our car for the whole time. Everything was extremely clean and Tovik, when we had a problem with some lights, was immediately responsive. The kitchen is well equipped. We used the pool, which in late March was a good temperature for swimming, but maybe a little cool for lounging. This is a very downtown location, so we heard sirens about once every night--if you are a very light sleeper, take earplugs, but otherwise it is not a bother. It was a small price for a great location. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend it highly.

  Excellent place to stay. Photos are exact. Very short walking distance to the convention center. Restaurants and shopping even closer. Easy ride to the airport (I took Super Shuttle from condo to airport which cost only $14 including gratuity). Condo was super clean and well maintained. Interaction with the owner was prompt. The gym facility was on the smaller side, but had all the equipment for a workout. I would recommend staying here, especially if traveling for a conference/convention.

  This was our first experience using VRBO and we were extremely impressed by the owners of this property, Tovik & Colleen. From the very first correspondence to the last they very responsive, answering all questions quickly and each response was detailed. The condo was clean and well maintained; it is exactly as advertised. We highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting San Diego. Scott & Rita, Virginia

  Perfect location for attending the convention. A short walk to the convention center and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. I also enjoyed the pool since I was there in August. Would highly recommend!

  This condo was absolutely perfect for a short stay in San Diego. I felt like I got a true downtown San Diego experience - close to the convention center, Petco stadium, restaurants, and public transportation. The condo was comfortable and impeccably clean. It had all the amenities my colleague and I needed, and then some. The balcony also had a great view and was a great place to hang out and enjoy the nightlife of downtown without actually having to be in it. Tovik was a great host and provided quick communication. If I ever find myself in San Diego again, I will definitely be staying in this condo!

  My husband and I loved the condo! It was convenient to shopping, walking, etc. and had a lovely European "feel" to it. I thought it would be too small; however that was not the case. You have plenty of room and it is a wonderful place. We would have stayed longer had it been available. We intend to go back real soon. The owner was very helpful and engaging. The Marriott does not have a washer and dryer! We especially loved sitting on the balcony morning and evening - over looking downtown San Diego. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOVELY CONDO!   I highly recommend staying in this wonderful condo. There are so many fabulous things to say, where do I begin? It is located literally in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, close to numerous restaurants, shops, the Convention Center, and more. The interior of the building is immaculate; beautiful, pristine, and spectacularly clean. The condo itself is amazing too (the pictures are very accurate); perfect for a single person or a couple, the decor and layout is inviting, warm, and comfortable. Also located in the building are a gym and pool, both of which are beautifully maintained as well. Additionally, Tovik, the owner, was very gracious and generous with us and that definitely added to our positive experience. My boyfriend and I stayed here this past March (I know, we are posting this very late) and we are tremendously excited to stay here again, possibly next July for Comic Con. We love San Diego and we hope to move out there someday and having this positive interaction with Tovik, loving the condo, and falling in love with the area has only reinforced that for us.

  Tovik and Colleen took great care of me and the property is 1st class. Within a few blocks I ate at Nobu and several other great places, did some shopping, got a haircut and enjoy some night life. The unit is in perfect shape and has a nice large bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. I was surprised at how comfortable the pull down bed was. The view is very nice at sunset.

  What a great place! This condo is beautiful, very modern decor and in a great location - only 6 blocks to the convention center and smack in the middle of the gaslamp district, with restaurants and shopping in every direction. We had to make short notice plans on a Friday to fly to San Diego on Monday for a convention, and Tovik was very quick to respond and help us get our accomodation and reservation taken care of quickly. This place sure beats a hotel room, and is very reasonably priced. It is a lot larger than it looks in the photos and has a full kitchenette that is well stocked. I also loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee every morning. We will be back!
