The "Close to Uffizi Apartment", is an excellent accommodation in the heart of Florence historical center, located in a perfect position 50mt from Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery, 200mt to Piazza della Signoria and very close to Ponte Vecchio. The accommodation is perfect to visit the city Center by walking, to have breakfast at the famous cafè "Rivoire", in Piazza della Signoria, tasting an espresso coffee just in front of Palazzo Vecchio, or you can go always by walking to "Ponte Vecchio" bridge and enjoy the beautiful view of the town.
The apartment is located on Via Vinegia, one of the oldest, historical small side street behind Palazzo Vecchio, surrounded by famous, old and typical Bars, shops and Restaurants just outside the door. Near Via dei Neri where you can find every kind of goods in the old Florence style shops.
This apartment is 55 sq mt large (592 sq feet) and it is ideal for one couple wanting a very comfortable, cozy, charming living space for a romantic get-away in the Florentine style. It is ideal for a family too, with two children as an apartment for 4 people. it is possible to use the double bed sofa sited in the dining room, for other two people. It is more spacious and affordable then comparably priced Florence hotel rooms, plus it has the added benefits of a kitchen.
The apartment is comfortable, newly and luxury refurbished with modern day appliances but renovated in the traditional style of wooden-beamed ceilings and "cotto fiorentino" floors. It is on the first floor and it is composed by two very large rooms and a new bathroom.
The large living room has got two windows, a comfortable big sofa in a relaxing area, large table to eat, TV. The sofa can become a double bed. The kitchen corner, is equipped for 4 people and it is fully-equipped with four-burner stove top, fridge, coffee-maker.
The bedroom is very spacious with two windows, a king-size bed, room-size wardrobe that offers plenty of storage space and an office corner with a traditional desk to write and study.
The bathroom is excellent, comfortable and completely new with halogen lighting, a large fully enclosed shower, large mirror, toilet, bidet, and heated towel racks. In the Bath you can find a new wash machine too.
The apartment can be transformed in a bigger one because it can be connected with “Bella Signoria Apartment” (see Number #177620) for groups up to 7 people. This apartment offers a taste of Florence, more than the typical tourist would experience, but at the same time, a convenient location within walking distance of all of the most popular sites: Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Piazza Duomo, Piazza Signoria, etc.
