Be one of the first to enjoy this luxurious BRAND NEW condo on the world-famous Ka'anapali Beach. Honua Kai is a 40-acre Beachfront resort developed by Intrawest Properties, a leader in destination resorts and adventure travel. Our third floor Ocean view condo is in the Hokulani Tower and will be open for rentals starting February 15, 2009.
Currently the Formal Pool, an infinity-edge lap pool featuring two hot tubs and perfect ocean views is open. Late in 2009 the Ohana Pool with a one hundred and twenty foot water slide and a waterfall that cascades into the main swimming area will open. The Ohana Pool will have a sandy beach and a shallow children's pool.
Extensive landscaping with tropical and native Hawaiian plants will provide color, fragrance, and beauty to Honua Kai's natural setting.
A wonderful restaurant will open shortly. Meanwhile, there will be room and pool side service and a small gourmet deli with take-out. Conveniently located across the street is a small shopping center with a supermarket, several restaurants, a few gift shops and a video rental store.
A full-service spa with treatment rooms, massage therapy and workout facilities will be completed in late 2009.

Honua Kai's perfect location on Ka'anapali Beach allows for easy access to golf, tennis, shopping, snorkeling, surfing, whale watching, or just relaxing on the beach and viewing spectacular sunsets. You can walk along the beach to Whaler's Village which is a cute open air mall right on the Ka'anapali Beach Boardwalk. There are variety of great shops and delicious restaurants. World class championship Golf Courses, like Kapalua (the host of the PGA Mercedes Open & LPGA Classic), are only a short drive.
Historic Lahaina is a 10 minute drive from the Honua Kai. You enjoy the cultural activities, the shops, the galleries and the award-winning restaurants along Front Street. There are charters for deep-sea fishing, sailing, whale watching and ferries to Lanai and Molokai at the harbor.
Our one bedroom, one bath condo is located on the third floor and has fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean and the island of Molokai. The view from your Lanai Might include a spectacular show of humpback whales from December thru April. There are 700 square feet plus a 145 square foot lanai in our condo which comfortably sleeps four.
