Start off your morning with coffee on the deck listening for the loons to serenade you. Then spend the day taking advantage of all your favorite water play or just bask in the sun. Along with your water toys (speedboat, jet-skis, tubes, or fishing boat) bring your hiking boots; the state park adjoining the lake has wonderful hiking trails winding down to the Platte River. Back home as evening settles in let the flaming sunsets calm your spirits as you roast marshmallows over a small campfire.
Montgomery Cottage is a large, Non-Smoking, four bedroom home overlooking Lake Ann, with your private dock and deck on the waters edge. This home has much to offer with an open floor plan, large kitchen, living and dining rooms. Bedrooms are large with an awesome view of the lake from two of them. House allows for privacy with two bedrooms and bath at each end of living area.
