Property Name - Lake House Oon the Point
Want the very best view of Lake Hamilton? You can rent just the main area of this home, which sleeps 8 or if you need more room you can also rent The Tower which allows sleeping for up to 14! (The Tower cannot be rented without the main home) Please read the entire description.
This beautiful home is on 100 feet of lakefront. The main part of the home has two master bedrooms and two queen size sleeper sofas, three full baths and hardwood floors throughout. The homes main living space is a large living room with a beautiful vaulted ceiling with an attached sunroom and a kitchen area. This area sleeps 8
The Tower is a connected three story tower that is off the living area. Everything is under the same roof and The Tower is only accessible by a door in the living room. It has a small den on the bottom floor and the 2nd and 3rd floor are each bedrooms. This area sleeps 6.
Every room in the house has a view of the lake! Our home has a two-slip covered boat dock with a fishing and swimming platform and hundreds of square feet of deck overlooking the lake.
Our home is situated right on the edge of the main channel on a quiet, deep-water cove. This lets you and the kids swim and fish without the worry of speeding boats. Yet, since the property line runs to the main channel, you can be fishing or skiing in seconds.
There is a hot tub right outside for you to enjoy and a charcoal grill for those cook-outs your bound to have. The grounds are so pretty but there's nothing as beautiful as the view. The view is unspoiled and stunning everyday.
The furniture in the living room is custom made to fit the space. It was also chosen for comfort. We love our home and visit with our children and grandchildren often. We want to be comfortable when we are here and we would like for our guest to be as well. This area has an HD TV with DirecTV and a DVD player. One couch in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa as well as one in the sunroom.
Both of the bedrooms are master bedrooms. They each have queen size beds with very comfortable mattresses and linens. The both also are equipped with TV's and DirecTV as well as walk-in closets.
They each have there own nice size, full size private bath. Both bedrooms also have double French floors and a matching third window that leads to the wrap around deck with great views of the lake. But the master bedroom to your right has a huge 5 x 8 picture window that as a breathtaking view of the lake. It it absolutely stunning!
The hallway bathroom has a Jacuzzi brand Jacuzzi tub and is a very nice size bath room. All the baths have plenty of room and plenty of storage.
There is a laundry room in the hall with a full size washer and dryer.
The kitchen has all the niceties of home. Refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc.
The Tower has a small living room on the first floor with a chair and a half that pulls out to sleep one. It also has two gamer recliners and a TV with DirecTV. A closet and a custom built entertainment center. The second floor has a closet and a bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The bunk beds are outfitted with custom built steps that are also drawers.
The third floor has two twin beds, nightstand and a closet. The views from The Tower are great, especially from the third floor. The only way in and out of the tower are from the main living area of the house. the Tower is a lock-out, it can only be rented along with the main part of the house.

Just enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing girls weekend at this cool house! There were 6 of us, and while we had originally planned on shopping on Satruday, the beautiful weather and lovely dock kept us sunning ourselves outside instead! There is an outdoor patio table that we played card games on while enjoying the sunset! The pool guy stopped by Saturday to check on the hottub to make sure the chemicals were in order-we were in the hottub at the time but he was very nice and filled the chlorine for us! The jacuzzi tub was great too! I enjoyed this so much that I asked my husband to bring me back with the kids for Mother's Day! There was also a VERY friendly yellow lab that made our acquintance while we were there, and he enjoyed sunning on the deck with us (we named him Ghost) we were all sad to leave him and the house on Sunday!! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT WEEKEND!! ~SusieRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My friends, hubby, and I (9 of us) stayed here for the weekend. Only thing I can say good about this place was the company of my friends. A friend hubby and I left at 3am. because of big roaches crawling on me in my sleep. There was roach droppings in the window seal,a friends had to get 2 roaches out of her bed before she got in it,couch stinks, heat hardly worked, holes in the matterss and sheets, and the tub was nasty. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Please think twice before you stay.Owner response: This review was not posted by the person who rented from us. We talked to her and confirmed that.

We had such a great time in this home. We had nine people in our group and did not feel tight on space. The home was easy to find and the keyless entry went very well. The home was clean and the view of the lake was amazing. The dock was great for using our kayaks. We did have a issue with the hot tub. The lid should be in the landfill as it it worn out. The hot tub had a purple fungus growing in it GROSS. I did call the owner and a pool man arrived that same day to place chemicals. The chemicals never worked the purple fungus remained.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, pet owners.
Owner response: We always appeciate Guest Comments! We have a new cover on order for the Hot Tub, and we have contacted our Pool service professional about the inadequate cleaning of the Tub.

We had a great time in this home. When an air -conditioning problem occured Richard took care of the problem immediately. Excellent service. I really enjoyed the fact swimming was so easy for everyone. The location has concrete steps into the water for the young and the older folks in our group. This was so much easier than climbing a ladder onto the dock. My family really enjoyed the stay and will return.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I cannot express how very disapointed I was with this property. I speak for my parents, spouse, brother, and brother's wife when I say this. Several things were not in working order (light bulbs (10), faucets, both tub drains). Also, the matresses were sold old and worn that some had springs sticking out. The sheets were torn. We ended up purchasing a blow up matress for better sleeping. Also, 1 of the rooms in the tower had non working AC. The kitchen was VERY poorly stocked and we had to purchase things to cook with. Lastly, the entire place was dirty (dead bugs, floors, and patios). The worst part was that the landscaping and cabin itself were likely very nice at one point. However, not much has been maintained or taken care of. This family of 9 will not return.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 6/7

My brothers and I truly enjoyed the luxury of the house on our annual fishing trip together. We brought a boat, but did our nght fishing from the dock, the lights made it a perfact spot. The stairs down to the dock are a little tricky to navigate in the dark, but we all had flashlights. We WILL bring our wives next time, so they can enjoy the well appointed kitchen !!!! I am sending the web pictures to all my friends and family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed this home. The view of the lake at sunrise, at sunset and even when it was foggy, was absolutely beautiful. There were 10 of us and each sleep area complimented all of us. The hardwood high vaulted ceilings were beautiful and the window in the master bedroom on the right was spectacular. If you love nature this is the perfect place to stay as the fall leaves were beautiful and the weather was just right. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.Did you find this review helpful? We took a big family vacation, we had relatives that came in from three different states. The ages of guests ranged from two years though eighty-six years, house was big and very accommodating. We went down to the marina and rented a boat, the gave us a good deal because we were "neighbors" we spent a whole day out on the lake. Down town was not far away we also enjoyed going there for a day. The beds in the master bedrooms were so comfortable! We were all sad when it was time to go, we have every intention of going back!Recommended for: Families with young children.
