My brothers and I truly enjoyed the luxury of the house on our annual fishing trip together. We brought a boat, but did our nght fishing from the dock, the lights made it a perfact spot. The stairs down to the dock are a little tricky to navigate in the dark, but we all had flashlights. We WILL bring our wives next time, so they can enjoy the well appointed kitchen !!!! I am sending the web pictures to all my friends and family.

We rented both of the houses Richard handles for a family reunion and every one had a great time . We will rent them again if they are available the next time we go to Hot Springs area.

We really enjoyed this home. The view of the lake at sunrise, at sunset and even when it was foggy, was absolutely beautiful. There were 10 of us and each sleep area complimented all of us. The hardwood high vaulted ceilings were beautiful and the window in the master bedroom on the right was spectacular. If you love nature this is the perfect place to stay as the fall leaves were beautiful and the weather was just right. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

We took a big family vacation, we had relatives that came in from three different states. The ages of guests ranged from two years though eighty-six years, house was big and very accommodating. We went down to the marina and rented a boat, the gave us a good deal because we were "neighbors" we spent a whole day out on the lake. Down town was not far away we also enjoyed going there for a day. The beds in the master bedrooms were so comfortable! We were all sad when it was time to go, we have every intention of going back!

The house was wonderful. We had eleven adults and there was plenty of room. We played games, cooked, and just enjoyed being there together. We would definitely do it again.

We rented this house for a family get together with 13 people. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Even though we had a little snafu at the beginning with a fridge that didn't work, Richard brought a new one in record time. The lake temperature was perfect and the dock was perfect for swimming or pulling the boat we rented next to for loading and loading of passengers. The kids loved the tower and a place to buy groceries was not too far away. Also, the marina was very close where we rented the boat. I am really glad I had a GPS to guide me to the address though. A collective Hurrah was given by all who were present and I would HIGHLY recommend this rental.

We loved the lake house. We stayed there with two other families - 6 adults and 7 kids - and had a great time. The house was clean, welcoming, and had beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed renting boats and just hanging out in the water by the pretty dock. We would love to come again. :-)

We rented this property to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UCA (Conway) the weekend of May 7-10. There were 13 of us, so the place was great! The weather did not cooperate, but the accommodations made up for it. The house was clean, well organized, and provided everything you needed for your enjoyment. The views of the lake and the patio was relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back! Richard and Kathy took great care of us. Thanks for sharing your home for our celebration!

We rented the lake house for a reunion of colleagues and friends, and we had a fantastic weekend. The house was comfortable, clean and had plenty of room for 11 adults. The space turned out to be key, as it rained heavily throughout Saturday and Sunday. Before the weather turned, a few of us enjoyed a gorgeous Friday afternoon and evening on the dock. The view is ideal, the scene entirely relaxing. If you have a boat, bring it along. I worked with Kathy on all the arrangements and couldn't have been much happier with the way things worked out, even with the rain.

We held a small famiy reunion in March and had a terrific time! The weather didn't cooperate too well, but the house was very comfortable and accommodating.

This was a great place to stay on our spring break from school. We pulled our boat and had a great time on the lake, boating and fishing. The home was clean and the tower was great for the kids to stay. We had a lot of fun and Richard & Kathy were very responsive to our needs. Thank you.

I stayed in this home with my three children and we had a great time! Coming from far away, I was a little worried- but Kathy was so nice and made it so easy! The home was beautiful and very clean! We sat in the hot tub, bar B q'd and watched the boats on the lake- Close to Oaklawn and downtown Hot Springs- lots to do! I wish I could have stayed longer- we will be back!

We celebrated my sons birthday with a full group and had a great time. The house was clean and organized. The view was awesome. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer and should have brought a boat. We will be back next year.

Our stay in the Hot Springs Lakehouse was the perfect getaway! We did not want to leave! The view was stunning, the home was extremely clean and well-stocked, the fireplace was soothing, and the hot tub was so relaxing. We can't wait to come back on our next visit!

We had five families that stayed in this house this weekend and we had a blast! There was plenty of room for all fourteen of us and the house was so neat and clean. The kids enjoyed the tower area and we enjoyed the quiet with them having their own space! The fireplace and the hot tub were very nice over this very COLD weekend. We have all decided that we will come back in the warmer months so we can enjoy the beautiful lake right at our back steps. The beds in the master suites were so comfortable that my husband and I actually stripped the sheets to right down the model number of the mattress! Thanks again for a great place to stay for our weekend away and we will be returning again! The Tooley, Owen, Warren, Davis and Earp families
