SNOW DREAM-THE ULTIMATE FAMILY RETREAT
Snow Dream is a spacious 3200 square foot home situated on .67 acres of pine forest with views of the Continental Divide. The open multi-level floor plan affords all the space a large group needs for privacy or group gathering. Imagine cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking in a National Forest only two blocks from your front door. Colorado's champagne powder waits only minutes away at Winter Park/Mary Jane Resort. Summer offers four golf courses, hiking, fishing, biking, rafting or an outing to the world famous Rocky Mountain National Park. A main attraction during the summer is the Saturday night rodeo in Fraser.
After activities, relax in your private seven person hot tub, or sit on the sunny deck and visit with friends and family. Enjoy moose watching and the sun setting over the Rockies while the gas grill is warming. For those with energy, head to the game room on the ground floor level for pool, darts, foosball, poker, or board games. The game room also offers a second full kitchen with bar, satellite TV and music.
Gather together on the sun filled main level to prepare meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Nestle on the leather sectional in front of the fireplace to watch a movie or TV, or sit around the dining room table for group conversation. If you like escape to the upper level where the loft provides satellite TV, movies, or video games in a living room setting with overstuffed couch, love seat and chair.
The home will comfortably sleep 16 within the five bedrooms and loft. The master suite has a queen bed, private bath with walk-in shower for two, walk-in closet and a comfortable sofa for reading or napping. Second bedroom-queen, Third bedroom-double with single bunk above, Fourth bedroom-queen, Fifth bedroom- two sets of log bunk beds, Loft-two trundle day beds used as singles (sleeps 4) or convertible to queens. Four full size bathrooms are located such that sharing is hassle free.
The two car heated garage has ample space for convenient storage of all recreational equipment including wall hung ski racks and a seven pair electric boot/glove dryer. The high efficiency washer and dryer will provide for all your laundry needs.

What a fantastic place. We had several families in our group and still felt that there was tons of space to spread out and relax. The house was convenient to the Safeway for picking up last minute items, yet felt off-the-beaten path at the same time. Brian was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be back soon.

We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas together with our family and my sisters family. Brian was wonderful to work with, he allowed us to use some of his own Christmas decorations and to put up a Christmas tree. We had a great time picking out a tree, making decorations for the tree and decorating for Christmas. The house was wonderful. We had plenty of sleeping room and relaxation room for the whole family. We spent a lot of time just hanging out with each other and playing games, watching movies, drinking hot chocolate. The kids deemed it the best Christmas vacation ever and the Snow Dream was a big part of it. Thank you Brian and family for sharing your house with us. We will definitely be back!

We had a large group that stayed here for Thanksgiving and had a great time. There was plenty of room for all 16 of us. The house had all the comforts of home- the kids had a blast playing the woods surrounding the house. We all enjoyed the comforts that Snow Dream had to offer. Brian and his family were great to work with and we would go back in a heartbeat.

This house was fantastic! The owner is extremely helpful and communication was easy. Our family and my husbands three brothers and their families all stayed here for a winter vacation (16 total -adults and older kids.) The house is spacious with anything you could possibly want provided. When one of our wimpy cars wouldn't make it up the driveway, I mentioned it and the drive was sanded the next morning. It is easy to find and close to everything. The grocery store is convenient and reasonable; skiing, hiking, skating, and tubing are a short drive away. The house is so comfortable that everyone felt at home right away. We had a fabulous vacation staying at Snow Dream.

Our family has used VRBO in Colorado several times for our annual family ski trip - renting in Keystone and Copper Mountain areas, and now Winter Park at Snow Dream. This was our family's favorite house by far! Plenty of space for our large family of 15. Loved the layout, the setting in the lodge pole pines, and the nearby Safeway. And, if you are here during the wintertime, be sure not to miss the tubing hill (near the Safeway). It really IS the best one hands down we have been to. We are also very happy to report that the baby moose born this past summer is now a strapping young bull. Bullwinkle and mother are both doing very well. We saw more wildlife around this home and the stars gazing from the hot tub was fantastic. Lucky owners!!

Outstanding vacation home! Staying in the area for a wedding, but now plan to come back to enjoy the other activities in the region. House was everything advertised and more! Great open layout for entertaining (wrap around deck encourages people to flow outside). Awesome setting in the trees, but close enough to stores for resupplying. Owner was a pleasure to work with - Highly recommend!

This place is an Outdoor Enthusiasts Dream! Snowdream is beautiful and spacious and was the perfect setting for my group of seven active friends. We spent a week here in June and were able to enjoy endless hiking trails and mountain biking accessed through the neighborhood; we sat in the hot tub each night with a beautiful view of snow capped mountains, pine trees, wildflowers, and a family of moose including a baby a few days old that frequented the property! The local winery and restaurants were also fun, but most of all enjoyed outdoor activities in or around the home without even having to get in the car. The house is perfect for a large group with plenty of room for relaxing and sharing meals together, playing pool and foos ball, cards and there is plenty of space for privacy both inside and out. It is on a wooded lot away from the neighbors and we each had our own area/room to wind down quietly if we chose so. Everyone in our group LOVED this place and we even had a few sleepover night guests during the week who also were quite impressed.
