This spacious 3 bedroom modern home is the perfect swanky Palm Springs escape. The 2800 square foot home is stylishly decorated with polished cement floors, stunning mid-century decor and modern art and comfortable, contemporary furniture. It is designed to facilitate easy entertaining with an open floor plan and a seamless flow from inside to outside using large sliding doors with easy access to the pool, and a large resort-like yard from any room in the house.

This spotless home features oversized rooms, with bright large windows, stunning designer bathrooms, zoned temperature control, salt water pool and spa, and a flawless, unobstructed view of Mount San Jacinto.

The kitchen is a chefs' or entertainers' dream with industrial quality state of the art appliances.

The Master Bedroom boasts a comfy king-size bed, large walk in closet, a private patio/reading area with outdoor sofas and stunning mountain views. Oversized designer rain shower, modern changing area, and a small office are with a flat screen TV complete the gorgeous master bedroom.

Two Guest Bedrooms (one is attached and second is a fully private casita with separate entrance) contain queen size beds with high-end linens and mid-century modern decorations, large closets and dressers. One guest bathroom contains an oversized soaking tub and the other a heavenly shower that is double the size of a regular shower.

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has all the amenities of true luxury with stainless appliances including industrial gas stove/oven, convection oven/microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen contains all dishes, cookware and serving ware needed for your stay. Separate dining Area with seating for up to 6 people with additional tables and chairs if needed.

Living Room has ample seating, a 32-inch cable TV with surround sound stereo system, 5 disc CD changer, DVD, VHS, and MP3 plug-in. Along side the pool and spa, you will find a cozy outdoor fire place for evening outdoor entertaining, bikes, table tennis/ping pong and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Available for small events with an extra fee and deposit.

  • We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing house. Beautifully decorated, a fabulous pool, great kitchen and a wide open floor plan. It is a great romantic getaway for 2 and the perfect house for entertain 2 or three couples. I wouldn't bother to stay anywhere else when heading to PS.
