The place is even better in person than the photos describe! So clean, very comfortable with every detail. It had everything you could ever imagine! I highly recommend it and would love to stay again. Close to everything... steps from beach, restaurants, grocery store, bars, shopping and much more! 5 Stars all the way! Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

Gorgeous Townhouse! Had a great time, would definately rent again, or recommend to anyone wanting a vacation rental. Beach, shops, Boardwalk, close by, our 2 teenagers had so much fun and cant wait to go again. The Townhouse was perfect for us, it had everything we needed, and was amazingly maintained.. We loved it !

I want to go back!! My family and I just got back from the best week in San Diego ever. This condo was PERFECT in every way. You truely dont understand from the photo's and description...you must see it for yourself! It really is the perfect place to stay. Everything you or your family would need is there...beach chairs, sand toys, fully stocked kitchen, and a 2 car garage which is really great-we didn't have to fight for parking. Everything is within walking distance, and the beach is steps away...We are definately going next year:)

We just got back from a week on the beach, staying at this great property! As a family of 5 (kids ages 6, 4, and 1) we were looking for more spacious accomodations than a standard hotel room. We got that and more with this lovely townhouse located so close to the beach and other ammenities in the area. The boys just loved their room with bunkbeds. Everything we needed was provided- from beach towels to utensils in the kitchen to prepare meals....even toys for the kids and recommendations for the best places to eat! The unit is brand new and decorated so beautifully and also kid-friendly (not easy!). We especially appreciated the portable crib for the baby and the beach chairs. We brought our beach wagon, loaded it up and made the short walk to the beach. The location was ideal for everything we had planned to see and do- beach,renting bikes, sightseeing, Seaworld and Legoland. Overall we had a memorable and relaxing family vacation and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely townhouse!!! The location was fantastic! Great food and fantastic ocean views within walking distance. I recommend the sticky buns at Baked and the tacos from Taco Surf! The La Jolla, San Diego Zoo, Old Town and Gaslamp are all a quick drive away. I would definitely recommend staying at this property and hope to stay again soon!!

The beach house is better than described. The location is amazing - 1/2 block to the beach, and perfectly located within PB. The condo is situated so that there is no noise from the nearby bars and the oceanwalk. It is tremendously comfortable and immaculate. Like the others, we did not want to ever leave and cannot wait until our next stay.

My family and I stayed there last June and we loved the place. When we arrived, the settings were immaculate and everything was like new. We had everything we needed to have a great week. We loved the personal touches that Carolyn added to our stay and would highly recommend their property. The tips of local places to eat and areas to go were wonderful. We plan on coming back again when our schedules allow. For our 11 year old daughter, the fact that we had some items to use and it was a very short walk to the beach were definite pluses.

"OUTSTANDING! This home was central, convenient, and comfortable.We loved it from the minute we walked in the front door. We had everything we could possibly need or want. The kitchen had every kind of appliance, etc. you could possibly want or use. The beds were comfortable and it was impeccably decorated! We had internet access, laundry, and everything needed for the beach. This was perfect for school-age children, as well as teens and older adults! We enjoyed walking to dinner, the beach, and 'shopping'. We also enjoy relaxing in the mornings and late evenings at the condo. Caroline's condo is beautiful and we can not wait to stay with her again. This is the perfect beach get-away!"

My daughter and I spent Spring Break week 2009 at this beautiful condo. There are three things we especially enjoyed in this oasis-like retreat: 1) We loved the design, decorations, colors and luxurious comforts. It made us feel welcomed, relaxed and very happy. 2)The location was perfect. 3) Owner Carolyn made us feel welcomed from the very first interaction. We look forward to returning to this place for another mother-daughter adventure.

An immaculate beach house with all the comforts of home, plus more! Even toys and books for the kids!! Great location. Very central. Close proximity to many restaurants and area attractions. Can't wait to stay here again!
