The property is a combination of meadows and forest, with views of the surrounding mountains. A large trout pond is the center piece of the "backyard", and Beaver Creek runs through the property. The closest neighbor is over 1/4 mile away, and no other homes can be seen from the property.

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Children 6 yrs and over with acknowledgement regarding renter being responsible for walls, floors, furnishings and safety issues with respect to pond. Any exceptions must be detailed in rental agreement.
