Beautifully decorated second floor unit with over 1,850 square feet of living space and an attached 1 car garage. This unit is just steps from the pool. Located in the gated community-Colonial Country Club. The property includes a Championship 18 hole golf course, a fitness center, 2-1/4 mile walking trail through a nature preserve, restaurant, snack grill, and lighted tennis courts.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The den has a sports theme and includes a queen size sofa bed and television. The eat-in kitchen includes a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave,, table w/ 4 chairs and a breakfast bar. Just off the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6. The great room which has plenty of seating on the reclining sectional sofa, leads to the spacious enclosed lanai overlooking a lake. This condo has all the comforts of home including washer and dryer, linens, cooking utensils, dishes etc. We're sure you will enjoy your stay.
Excellent Location for Spring Training: The NEW Boston Red Sox Stadium and Minnesota Twins Spring Training is just minutes away. This is a great location for baseball fans as well as players. Colonial Country Club Golf Course is on the grounds or you may choose any of the many courses in the very near vicinity.

We stayed at this unit and enjoyed everything. It was very well equipped and extremely clean. The country club area is very well maintained and has lots to do. We walked on the nature trail daily. We enjoyed the pool which is very close to this unit. The only suggestion is to install a wireless router to the wired internet connection. I purchased a inexpensive router at target so we could use the internet connection for our IPADs as the ethernet connection does not work for those types of devices. We arrived just as the weather was warming up. Enjoyed 80 degree weather for the month. Pool and hot tub are conveniently located close by. The condo is tastefully decorated and accommondates two couples nicely. Location is great to get to attractions, restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed mornings on the lanai overlooking the lake. We just spent the month of February in this great townhome. Mary was a pleasure to work with making the process easy. This home is spacious and impeccable. We immediately felt at home and settled in easily. To be literally steps away from the pool was a real plus. We loved the Colonial Community. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. The entire property, club house and golf is first class. The location has easy access to restaurants, outlets, supermarkets and just about anything else you want to explore.I would highly recommend this property and if not for the fact that we purchased a home while we were there, we would be returning next winter.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is beautiful and well furnished. It is a few steps from the pool and hot tub. The walking trail is right across the street. The community is very nice and the people are very friendly. I would recommend this condo to anyone. My family really enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
