Located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the area on 1+ flat acres, across the street from the San Gabriel National Forest with an expansive wrap-around Deck on three sides. Sleeps 20.
The interior is beautiful, comfortable, and elegant featuring a huge Great Room with a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen. Amenities include outdoor Spa (6-8), pool table, high speed internet w/ Wifi, poker table, game table, wood burning fireplace, cable TVs, DVD, VCR, gas barbeque, and gourmet kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, separate toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, dish sets for > 20, pots/pans, and more. Bar area around kitchen seats 8. There are 15 beds with places for 20 to sleep. Parking for 5-6 vehicles in Driveway. Loads of street parking available.
The enormous Master Suite includes a California King bed, cable TV (60 "), DVD, deck, telephone, internet router w/ wireless internet, separate shower and large bath with jet tub.
Master Suite #2 has a king bed, twin roll away, deck, and private bathroom with shower.
Master Suite #3 has a queen bed, twin roll away, deck, and private bathroom with a tub.
Master Suite #4 upstairs, sleeps 10+ with 3 sets of twin bunk beds (6 twins), with another bunk bed set with 1 twin above with a double below (2), and 1 twin rolling bed, for all the kids to gather and have a place of their own. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower combo attached to this suite. This room is next to the game room with pool table and couch.
The Great Room has a Queen-sized sofa sleeper and a Twin sleeper.
Rental comes with fresh towels, beds are made up and ready for you with fresh linens, Heaters available, and plenty of cozy blankets. Watch out for Wild Donkeys!
