Gros manque d'entretien

La première impression est celle d'un logement pas entretenu. Avant même d'entrer nous remarquons un salon de jardin bon pour la déchèterie. En entrant, nous constatons vite les sols sales...les escaliers avec poussière et cheveux, dommage le logement en lui même est très bien. A l'étage les toilettes encrassés que nous décrasserons avec du javel. Le nettoyage n'a pas été fait visiblement... Il y a des rideaux qui sont usés et décolorés, bon pour la poubelle. Manque une poignée sur le buffet. En face du logement, dans la résidence voisine, une épave de Citroën rouge avec la porte éventrée.... Bref, il y a moyen de faire tellement mieux... Le premier jour, à la piscine qui se trouve à côté des terrains de jeux ( eux aussi en décrépitudes) l'ensemble des nouveaux arrivés discute et tous constate le même problème de saleté... Il est urgent de réagir ! C'est indigne d'un grand groupe spécialiste des résidences de vacances ! Faîtes réaliser un audit et vous serez refusé systématiquement...

Nedslidt og beskidt

Boligen nedslidt og beskidt. Hul i væg og dør. Tilfrosset fryser. Køleskab, der ikke virkede optimalt. Komfuret defekt. Madrasser meget slidte. Toiletcisterner meget lang tid om blive fyldt. Hus til 8 personer, men kun plads til 6 omkring havebordet. Kun en solseng til 8 personer. Kun et sæt nøgler. Havegang overgroet, så vi næsten ikke kunne komme ind. Naboen overfor i nr. 93 skændes højlydt mange x dgl. og børnene "fyldte hele poolen, selvom de blev sat på plads af mange af gæsterne.

Unser Ferienhaus war leider in...

Unser Ferienhaus war leider in keinem guten Zustand; u.a. war in der Küche die Kühlschranktür defekt, was ganz schön nervig war. Der Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse existierte auch nur zu 2/3 und einen Liegesstuhl gab es auch nicht. Das freundliche Personal konnte uns leider nicht weiterhelfen und verwies darauf, wir sollten auf die Mängel und der Bewertung des Hauses hinweisen. Da es für uns aus den Fotos nicht ersichtlich war, möchten wir auch vorwarnen, dass das dritte Schlafzimmer nur ein Dachflächenfenster hat, welches so weit oben liegt, dass es nur mit einer Stange geöffnet werden kann. Das Zimmer ist daher nicht für an Klaustrophobie Leidende! Wie hatten in Frankreich schon günstigere Ferienhäuser in einem besseren Zustand gemietet ... Reisetipps: Die Umgebung ist schön, auch wenn man für die Fahrt nach Nizza oder Monaco schon 1 bis 1 1/2 Stunden Fahrt einplanen muss. Besser erreichbar sind Frejus und Grasse. Zum Baden empfehlen wir denLacde Seint–Cassien – schön nah, tolles Wasser und nicht so überlaufen wie der Strand in Frejus. Wer mit einer Dachbox auf dem Auto unterwegs ist, sollte sie vor Ausflügen abnehmen, da man in den Städten am besten Parkhäuser fährt und diese häufig eine Höhenbeschränkung haben.

Bien pour quelques jours !

Accueil sympathique. maison correcte, mais quelques petits défauts à revoir (douche bouchée, des prises électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas....) et ....beaucoup de fournmis ! beaucoup de bruit, de cris, la nuit de vendredi à samedi : il semblerait que certaines personnes vivent sans s'occuper de savoir si les autres ont besoin de dormir !
