The historic village of Okanagan Centre is only a short walk away, explore the walking trails and lunch at the museum in this quaint and tucked away village. Also within walking distance are the renowned award wining Gray Monk, Arrowleaf and Ex Nihilo wineries.
The resort city of Kelowna, 25 minutes to the south, boasts fabulous restaurants, shops and entertainment. Opportunities for recreation abound. There are half a dozen world class golf resorts in the Kelowna area, of which two, Predator Ridge and Okanagan Golf Resort are within twenty minutes of the home. There are three clean fresh water lakes in the area, Okanagan, Wood and Kalamalka. All feature sandy beaches, swimming, water skiing, boating, sailing, fishing and snorkeling. We are within 15 minutes drive to Beaver Lake Lodge and a chain of smaller fishing lakes. In the winter, the ski resorts of Big White and Silverstar are both only 1 hour away.

This has been our family retreat for ourselves and our four young sons for the past 10 years. We have been fortunate to have worked and lived around the world but wanted a place to unwind from the stresses of big city life (we have lived in Mumbai, New Delhi, Hong Kong and Shanghai). We have now settled in Australia for a few years and unable to get back as often as we should. We hope to one day return permanently but until then, we invite you to share the magic of living on the cyrstal clear waters of Lake Okanagan.

We have absolutely LOVED the lakehouse ... complete privacy, the house stocked with every convenience, luscious thick comforters, rocking chairs everywhere and a view that simply can't be beat. This is the best rental experience we've ever had.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful long weekend in your beautiful home on the lake. We loved it. It is a special place and we had fabulous weather. We swam in the lake, went on long walks along the shore, made fabulous meals, sipped wine on the deck on the lake watching stunning sunsets, played ping pong and fought over that fabulous hammock. We felt like we were the only people around and loved that we could walk to the Gray Monk Winery for our final dinner and, yes, more wine tasting. Thank you for sharing your home.
