Come enjoy the tranquil sounds of the ocean on our private lanai, swim in our in/outdoor pools, hit a few balls on the tennis courts, or tour parts of the island by bicycle. The island has easy trails that lead to Shelter Cove, Coligny Plaza, to local parks and the beach. Breakfast on the lanai not only allows you to enjoy the lagoon/marsh/ocean view with your coffee or juice, but also gives you a peaceful place to watch the turtles that have made the lagoon their home and see frequent visits made to the lagoon by a variety of birds.
You may stroll along our boardwalk or ride in the golf cart shuttle to the beach. The private beach has a cabana and restrooms for resort guests. Our condo has two bedroom/bathrooms and a kitchen well suited for folks who would rather enjoy a meal at home than dine out. Cheerful colors in the master bedroom and the ceiling fan’s gentle breeze make this a nice place to read or watch TV.
The completely remodeled master bath has new fixtures, makeup mirror, bathtub and vanity area. The shower spray is adjustable to suit your preference and there's plenty of hot water for those who like to take a nice long shower. An expanded entrance, beautiful lighting, and porcelain tile make this area a place you can enjoy a soothing bath.
The Lazyboy sofa and loveseat in our living room can both be made into sleeping spaces. You can listen to the music of your choice. Stereo has cd, radio and MP3 capability.
The guest bath, decorated in sky blue and white has tiled flooring, a full-sized shower, with adjustable spray, large mirrored cabinet and plush towels. Linens for our guests supplied and included in the cost of the rental.
For our guests’ convenience, we provide a cart to help with unloading your luggage. To help minimize the extras you may need to pack, we provide a crab net, boogie boards, sand toys, tennis racquets, beach chairs, radio, alarm clock, hair dryer, books, TVs in both bedrooms, magazines/books, and a few DVDs.
We enjoy reading the personal notes written in our guest book that's in the condo, so please jot us a note. This condo has been in our family since 1990. My Mom and I are sole owners now, and have enjoyed changing it recently to fit our current taste in decorating.
Rentals are Sunday to Sunday and allow for guests' to arrive at 3:00. Departure time on Sunday is 11:30 a.m.
Rentals include clean up fee. Linens are also included. Deposit in amount of $200 required to reserve unit 2104 for your vacation.
Security deposit returned when keys are returned and received via US mail and no danages are reported. It is imporant guests follow resort rules. If citations are issued, fine amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
Rental available for minimum of three nights end of August until middle of May. Cost varies by season.

Description and picture of the condo were 100% accurate. Unit was clean and cozy-- more than well stocked with every possible kitchen item you could need! Beach items provided were a bonus as was the cart for unloading, though we would suggest a beach cart to lug beach items to the beach. Great lagoon right off the balcony as well as an AWESOME distant view of the ocean and boardwalk--really breathtaking and a GREAT way to start off the morning!! The building and property were very well maintained, amenities were plentiful and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Certainly a family friendly environment. Angela was helpful in answering our questions prior to arrival and her attention to detail in her villa was evident and appreciated, which made our vacation more "homey" and less hotel-like. We would definitely recommend this property to other vacationers--it is cost effective, ideally located, and well taken care of. It certainly met the needs of this family of four! Many thanks again to Angela for allowing us to rent her condo....we will definitely be back!!!

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything was newer. The view of the marsh was beautiful, Angela was great to deal with. The walk to the beach was quite nice on the boardwalk. The beach was not crowded. Did a lot of research and this was the best value on the island for beach front.

This condo was very clean and well maintained as well as the resort itself. This unit has a very nice view overlooking a resort pond, the marsh & the ocean in the distance. The resort has two pools and one always had less than 5 ppl at it. This resort is located mid Island and we rented bikes and road to all the parks on the whole Island. It was a wonderful place & we think Angela was very good to work with.

We stayed here in July 2009. The unit was very nice and well kept. The property was also. Angela was fantastic to work with. We hope to go back again in 2010. The kids loved it.
