  This home easily accomodated our family of 22. The pool was great and a couple of the grandchldren learned to swim during our week. The view from the second story porch of the ocean is spectacular. The owner was very attentive to our needs and promptly tried to fix the non working spa. He wasn't able to repair it, but tried his best and compensated us for the malfunction. The pool was cleaned several times during our week at Sandpiper. The ocean front location was wonderful and convenient. This was the perfect house for our family.

  Our family enjoyed the home, the pool, and daily walks on the beach. The owners were very attentive to making our stay wonderful. This was the perfect home to vacation in!! We will be back!

  We rented both floors of the house to room our guests that were coming down for our destination wedding. Everything that was reflected on the website was true and accurate. The photos did not do this house justice. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Every morning we would sit on the top deck and watch the sun rise over the ocean while the dolphins would jump out of the ocean. It was truly beautiful. The inside and outside of the house was well kept. There was an issue with the buttons for the spa. However, the renter was available right away and fixed the issue immediately. They were extremely friendly and available. I would recommend this property for anyone who likes the beach, pools, spas, BBQs and who has lots of people to share it with. This property is not flashy with brand new things, but what it has - works well and gets the job done. You cannot get a better deal for an 8 bedroom house on the ocean. We are planning on going back in a few years. I cannot say enough good things about the Sandpiper and the renters!

  We rented this house for our family of 6 plus my mother in law and aunt and uncle. The house was fantastic, everything just as promised. The pool and ocean front location made this house perfect. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure the perfect vacation. We can't say enough about Sandpiper!

  Friends and I rented this home together with all of our children. There was plenty of bedroom space and conviences, like the dishwasher and washer/dryer. It was the best vacation away! We loved the beds and the service was wonderful. If you have a problem, just a call away and it is fixed. My children had the most fun in the pool, which was cleaned every few days. And free phone service. I would loved to just have stayed forever. You can sit, relax, enjoy the beach and be comfortable. Highly recommend you try it! A big thank you to the owners for sharing this wonderful property.

  We staid in the Sandpiper July, 2010. The house was exactly what we expected. It was clean inside and out. Any rental home will need an occasional fix, we had a broken ceiling fan while we were there, but the owner was quick to fix it. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group. We were able to feel together, but seperate when needed, because of the way the house is set up. Even better you have 2 of everything! 2 kitchens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refirg., 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, 2 washers and dryers and the list goes on! Great views of dolphins swimming by in the morning. Pool is great too!

  This place accomadated all. We rented the whole house. Our family ranged from 1-80 yrs old and it was convenient for all. Close to the beach, spacious sleeping arrangements, lovely enclosed sunporch for evening cards & games, open living area, pool and spa superb!! Upper deck was great for sunrises and sunsets while viewing the Ocean, Lower porch was nice for shaded area while still being outside. With such a range of ages,likes and dislikes, I can tell you I heard nothing but wonderful comments all week about the place. The weather cooperated for us and it was just a Wonderful Vacation. HIGHLY recommended!!!!
