Ocean Village Resort (Catamaran II) - Lovely condo unit, two bedroom, two baths, ground floor, covered parking, walking distance from private beach. Private gated resort community with 24 hour security.
For those who want an active vacation, Ocean Village has a 9-hole par-3 golf course, new fitness/exercise facility, 10 tennis courts, 4 heated swimming pools, whirlpool, and sauna. Condo is located in a tranquil peaceful location with beautifully landscaped surroundings. With the ocean just steps away you can watch the sunrise from our unspoiled and secluded beach.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with full bedroom set, three closets, 32" flat screentelevision, and DVD player. The second bedroom has two twin beds, large closet, and TV. The family room has a white leather couch and love seat, 32" television, DVD player, and VCR.
The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, top of the line new LG refrigerator. The unit has wireless broadband internet service, two telephones with unlimited long distance calling, and a new full capacity washer and dryer.
Ocean view restaurant on premises. Full service outside tiki bar at main pool.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

My family rented this condo in April of 2009 not knowing anything about Hutchinson's Island or this resort community (Ocean Village). We are from Michigan and needed a place to stay to relax, enjoy the sun, and watch my son's baseball team play in Stuart. Compared to other options of staying in a hotel or a condo detached from a resort community, the decision to stay at Ocean Village was a home run. This community is huge with many options for entertainment without needing to get into your car. Several swimming pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, fitness center, restaurant, golf course, beach, ocean, etc. all within walking distance. We found plenty to do for the entire family. This unit was exactly as pictured on the web site. It is centrally located in the resort, very clean, and the wireless internet connection works well. We found all of the furniture, equipment, appliances, etc. in good working order. The owner was very friendly in arranging the details of our stay. We encountered no problems. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to rent the same unit the following year (April of 2010). Our experience was the same... very positive. I would highly recommend this community and this unit to anyone visiting the area on a short-term or long-term stay.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
