This very nice house is located in a great neighborhood within walking distance to a beautiful private beach on the shores of Lake Erie.
The kitchen is complete with all utensils, pots-pans and dishes just bring your own food. The bright Living room features a dining area. The den has a large Television with cable and pull out couch for extra guests.
The master bedroom with private bath has two larger size twin beds that can be put together as one large bed. The second bedroom has a twin bed. There is a common full bath with tub. The second floor loft area has three twin beds (great for kids)!
There is a large deck off the den, with seating area and patio dining table and gas grill.
The neighborhood is very kid friendly. A wonderful park located at the beach has swings and a picnic area. The nearby downtown features many events for children and adults such as River Festival, free Weekend concerts at the boat basin and fireworks on all major holidays.
