Palm Trees is a beautiful luxury 4 bed villa, with large pool and garden. The villa is professionally furnished to a very high, comfortable standard, and enjoys many upgraded facilities including walk in showers and a slate tiled kitchen and breakfast area. Our local management team keep the villa spotlessly clean. THE VILLA IS FULLY LICENSED COMPLYING WITH FLORIDA SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. It is very spacious ( larger than most 5 bedroom villas ) and very well equipped for up to ten people - you won't need to keep putting the dishwasher on because you've run out of mugs !!!. Palm Trees is in the peaceful Four Corners community. It is ONLY 10/15 MINUTES DRIVE FROM DISNEY, and 5 min from Champions Gate golf complex. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes.

Downstairs the main living area is open plan. There are two separate lounge areas with a double sofa bed ( beds 9 and 10) and entertainment centre with large flat screen TV, DVD player and comprehensive film library, in one section. There are plenty of comfortable sitting areas and two dining areas. The fully equipped, kitchen has a fridge/freezer, micro-wave, dishwasher, full cooker, coffee maker etc ( yes there is a tea pot!). and breakfast bar for quick snacks.
From the kitchen and dining area patio doors lead out to the large pool and garden. The pool has a removable child safety barrier, optional heating, and a cover to retain heat in the winter. There is a gas BBQ and garden furniture on the decking. There is also a shower room and utility room with a washing machine and drier.
Upstairs the spacious master suite has a majestic, very comfortable, king sized, four-poster bed, cable television, DVD player, full bathroom - with bath and walk in shower, and a dressing room. There is a second double bedroom with cable television. Palm Trees also has an upstairs nook - an ideal quite spot to get away from the children ! The bookcase here has local info and maps to help plan your days out.
There are two twin bedrooms; one with a Disney theme, colored lighting, toys, a TV, a third DVD player, and children's DVDs. There is a second full family bathroom - with shower and bath. All the bedrooms have TVs.
A cot, high chair and toddler bed are available if required at no extra charge.
POOL AREA
Palm Trees has a private 27' pool(largern than most villa pools) - with optional heating and a cover to keep the water warm in winter. The decking area has loungers, tables and chairs for out-door eating. There is a gas BBQ. The pool has a removable child safety net. Beyond the pool area is a large garden. The lawn area to the rear gives the pool an open sunny aspect. An ideal place to spend warm evenings, relaxing after a day at the parks or on the beach.
There is also a GAMES ROOM with table football. pool table, darts, PS2, child's 20' bicycle

Palm Trees is 2 min from the I4 and so it is ideally situated to get around Florida, both coasts can be reached in 75/90 min. There are a great choice of restaurants and shops close to the villa.

Palm Trees is owned by an English family. We love our villa and add extras every time we visit - about every 6 months. We like our comfort so Palm Trees is a great place to relax after a busy day at the parks.Our current project is creating a tropical garden behind the villa. Our daughter loves the Disney bedroom - as will your children.
