Although we are from the west coast of Florida,we love to visit the Atlantic coast area and this charming cabin delivers a relaxing snug home away from home to explore wonderful St. Augustine. We enjoyed the walks on the beach especially and the restaurants nearby are excellent. This is our second visit and Steve and his wife are a very kind couple who make you feel welcome.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.

My wife, two dogs, and I have stayed in other Park Models at Bryn Mawr several times. The other units we stayed in don’t even come close to this unit. The floor plan was great, it was a short walk to the beach, and had a wonderful deck to relax on at the end of a long day. The unit had everything we needed,and was very clean. Unlike the other models we stayed in, the floor plan made it seem much larger than the square footage listed, we never felt crowded as we have when we stayed in other units.

Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+.

Best deal on St. Augustine Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Bryn Mawr Resort. The unit was very cute and clean and had all the conveniences of home. It felt like a little home away from home. There was plenty of room for 2 guests and could also adequately accommodate a 3rd & 4th person with a sofa bed in the living room. Our friends were staying at the resort in their camper and were jealous of our accommodations:) The beach is a short 5-minute walk away and the huge pool is about a minute away and very nice after a day at the beach:) There is also a shower outside of the unit which definitely comes in handy! The deck has very nice furnishings and is a very nice place to entertain or just relax with your coffee. You will not find a better deal on St. Augustine Beach.

The cabin is a perfect size for a family of 3, it has everything you need, the view is great, you do not have another cabin right in front of you. You really couldnt find this space and amenities anywhere else for this price. We were pleasently surprised upon arrival. The Beach is only a short walk away, the park is very well taken care of, the pool is very large and clean. The owners have done a great job in making sure you have everything you need, was very, very helpful and kind. My child is asking when can we return, loved being able to ride bikes in the park with new friends & we loved the secure feeling of knowing it was safe. Many Thanks to the owners for giving us a wonderful memory. P.S. My husband loved the deck!

Spent the Labor Day weekend in this unit and really enjoyed it. Steve, the owner, was very helpful and accessible when booking our stay. The location of the unit made for a short walk to the very nice pool, and it was an easy walk through the resort to get to the beach. It was also great to be able to bring our 2 dogs on this trip with us. They loved sitting by the sliding glass doors and watching all the action out front. And, Bryn Mawr is unpretentious ... in a good way. It seemed like a very chilled, laid-back vibe, which is exactly what we want when we're at the beach!

Just got back from fabulous 4 days. Park model is spotless, comfortable, neat as a pin and has everything you need. Close to shops and attractions. Pool is just around the corner and a short, healthy walk to beach. Everyone is very friendly. Park is beautifully maintained. Owner is easygoing and very helpful. Enjoyed stay sooooooooo much. Looking forward to returning next year!

my husband and i really enjoyed this unit for our 25 wedding anniverary. it was very clean and the grounds very well maintained. we enjoyed all the sights and most of all we enjoyed the peace and quiet. the park put in the mind of a great camping trip with all the ammenities. the front deck was the highlight for us we enjoyed having our morning cup of coffee watching everyone get an early start for their day. i will definately tell all of my friends and family. we will absolutely return in any future trips to florida. thanks to steve and sherri for a memorable anniversary trip!

Great Stay for the $ - Can't find this anywhere else on the beach!

Stayed @ site last week in June and are glad we did.Pros include great bedding/towels, location to pool/beach, and everything you need in kitchen. Finding a place in the south that has no bugs and no "musty/moist" smell is refreshing! Deck was great feature first & last of day. Privacy yet hospitality you would find typical in the south. Only "Con" was it was a bit tight for our family of 4, but do-able since we really only slept and ate there. Office staff helpful and everyone was left to do their own thing. Pool was clean, grounds maintained well, and close to everything. Owner had great contact w/us and was helpful with this rental. Would recc'md and will use again if we return to St.Augustine in the future.

We found this unit to be a very comfortable alternative to a hotel; dog friendly, WIFI available, very clean. We loved the short walk to the beach; the beach itself is wonderful. This resort is close enough to Historic St. Augustine for convenience, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and the owners of the unit are great. All the other RV owners are really friendly, and by the time our week vacation was done, we were greeted as if we were family. Stayed at this rental October 15-18,2009. Really enjoyed our stay. So much better than staying at a hotel. Fresh air, safe & clean facilities and friendly people throughout the park. If you're tired of the same old hotel stay, I highly recommend you give this a try.
