Set above Hollywood Blvd., this home is close to diners, upscale restaurants, unique shopping, Griffith Park, and the major film studios.
The living room has vaulted ceilings and an open fireplace. On the main floor are 2 spacious bedrooms with walk in closets; two full bathrooms with decorative Spanish tile; and the master bath has a large soaker tub. The recently renovated and fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and Caeserstone counters. There is also a separate dining room and an office area with balcony.
French doors open onto private decks and landscaped garden terraces. The floors are hardwood with antique rugs. There is also a full-house sound system; 53” LDC TV; VCR; DVD player. The property is fully gated with security system and intercom.
Guest Quarters. The guest quarters are downstairs. This studio apartment has its own private entrance, fully-equipped kitchen, ornately-tiled full bathroom, laundry facilities, and sleeper sofa.
The French doors open onto a lovely lawn and lush landscaping. The guest quarters come with Wi-Fi Broadband and a 37” LCD HDTV. The guest quarters serves as the 3rd bedroom for the main residence but can be rented separately. Please contact us for information.
Fireplace is gas log. TV is basic cable. The residence has a garage, but it is reserved for the owner's storage needs. Thus, street parking only.
