Silverlake is LA's most creative neighborhood. It's the place where artists and creative people prefer to live. The house is just a block away from Sunset Blvd where you can find great shopping, restaurants and bars/music clubs. Hiking is right next door, as well as great walks in the neighborhood itself.

The location is very central in terms of getting around LA. You will be within 5 min driving to Hollywood and Downtown LA, 15 min drive to West Hollywood, 20-30 minutes of driving to the beach (depending on the traffic), West LA, Santa Monica and Venice.
