This luxury 3 bedroom home is located on a quiet and beautiful street, feels very private and tucked away, yet it's in the center of all LA activity. It is just a block away to Melrose Ave where you can find great shopping, restaurants and LA's best comedy club - the Improv. It is also 3 blocks away (walking distance) from the multitude of restaurants on Santa Monica Blvd.
The location is also very central in terms of getting around LA. You will be right next to Beverly Hills, next door to Hollywood (but a much nicer area), half an hour of driving to the beach, West LA, Santa Monica and Venice.
This is a new house that was built just 2 years ago. It has a gorgeous patio with many great plants, a BBQ and a comfortable lounging area. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 beautiful full bathrooms. The rooms and the roof are located on 3 different levels, so you will feel like there is plenty of space and privacy.

Why the Owner Chose Los Angeles
We love this location because of how central it is, and that's a hard thing to find in LA! We also love being on a quiet street which is walking distance to restaurants and bars.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The roof patio is our favorite part. It's private, has amazing views, a BBQ and a great lounging area. We love hanging out on the roof with our friends.
Santa Monica Blvd is within walking distance, so you can walk to many restaurants, bars, grocery shopping, etc.
Hollywood Improv is the world's best place to see live comedy. Celebrity comedians (Chris Rock, Adam Sandler, Sarah Silverman, you name it) regularly drop in for a quick set, or to hang out. Even if
One of LA's biggest and best malls. My favorite is the giant H&M store they have there :)
For restaurants, this is our favorite area. Check out Toast, Joann's on Third, and many other great places.
This is another favorite! A combination European-style outdoor mall and farmer's market. This place is Christmas all year round :) Go to the Farmer's market for breakfast (Charlie's Coffeshop) or lun
