  Our family was in Hilton Head for Easter weekend. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and well equipped. It was also in a great location. We walked to the beach daily and enjoyed the Palmetto Dunes area. We plan to return in the future. The owner was very nice and accommodating.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, sightseeing.

  The villa was amazing, clean and beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The whole process from the first inquiry to the return of the damage deposit check was very professionally handled. The actual location of the villa was excellent, it had a lot more privacy than most of the other villas in this area. It was also just steps from the overflow parking. We would definitely rent this villa again. Thank you Alyson and David.

  This is my third visit to Hilton Head and my first stay at Queens Grant. The location of this unit is great. It is close to the beach and other island activities. The back deck is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the landscape. The pictures do not show how spacious this unit is. You will not be disappointed on how much room you will have. Largest unit I have stayed in. The property was clean and well maintained.

  Fantastic location with an easy walk to the pool, general store, bike rentals, restaurant. Also, within walking distance to the beach. Very well maintained property with all the amenities of home, including a large deck with a grill. We went during a busy time of the year, but the property is quiet. We had a great time and would return in the future.

  My husband and I had a great stay in this home. It is located mid island and close to everything you might want to do including, biking, golf, swimming, beach and shopping. Home has been comfortably updated with super kitchen for those who wish to cook. Large deck with gas barbeque is certainly a bonus. This is the best home we have rented in years.

  What an amazing time our family had and such a wonderful place to stay! The house was perfect, very well maintained, like new, and all of the conveniences you could hope for and more! Close to everything, within walking distance to beach, pool, golf, tennis, restaurants, etc. If you'd rather not walk, the Dune Buggy was very convenient. The food at Alexander's was exceptional, we loved the Salty Dog too and for a laugh, the Hilton Head Comedy Club did the trick. The house, the development, the area...everything exceeded our expectations!

  My friends and I came back to this beautiful home and had an amazing time. We stayed here 2 years ago, and knew we had to come back...but this time we won't wait 2 years and want to come back again next year. This house is centrally located to everything you would want to do, from biking, to golf, to swimming, to the beach! We walked to the pool, had to drive about 1 minute for golf...you name it, it was at our fingertips! We had 3 couples and the house was perfect. We decided to cook a few meals instead of eating out every night, and between the kitchen and the grill, it was a perfect setup! Each couple had their own room and bathroom, and we could not have asked for anything more. We cannot wait to go again and have another great experience!!

  Villa is beautiful, very clean and kept in excellent condition. There is nothing that this unit is missing. It it close to the beach, tennis, golf, pool, dining and general store. We can not wait to come back for a longer stay.

  We stayed here over the 4th of July Holiday in 2009. The home was picture perfect for our family. The kids had the room upstairs so they had their own private suite. We had the downstairs rooms which were pefect for our families. The home is very clean, up to date and easy access to the pool and beach. If you do not want to take your car to the beach since parking is at a premium, we recommend taking the Dune Buggy. It takes you door to door and is very convenient. What a beauitful development and lovely home. We look foward to staying here again some time soon. The Bass and Carroll Families

  Had a terrific stay. Place seems brand new with all new furniture and appliances,including large outside deck/w gas grill.Also very convienent to many activities, and within walking distance to the beach,golf and alexanders restaurant. Looking forward to another visit in the fall.
