Located in Palmetto Dunes where there are 3 world renowned golf courses, miles of lagoons and beaches. Our villa is within walking distance of a general store, the Robert Trent Jones golf course, tennis courts, beach, canoeing/kayaking and dining at Alexander's, one of the islands best seafood restaurant. Across highway 278 is Shelter Cove Harbor, located on Broad Creek which offers water and boating activities, harbor-side shopping, family dining and entertainment.

The open layout of this 1800 sq. feet villa features a vaulted-ceiling, great room with 2 convertible sofa beds and 2 swivel chairs that comfortably seat 8 for watching TV/movies or just relaxing with background music. A sliding door leads to the deck which has patio furniture and a gas/electric grill for all your barbecuing needs. The adjacent dining area also comfortably seats eight. The large newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils you will need should you decide that eating in is your preference. The kitchen includes modern appliances including washer and dryer.

The ground floor also consists of two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has 2 full beds, both bedrooms are equipped with cable TV and spacious closets. Upstairs is a third bedroom with two XL twin beds, cable TV, spacious closet and full bath. Also upstairs for those who need to stay in touch with the office, is a work table with wireless internet access.

  • We stayed here over the 4th of July Holiday in 2009. The home was picture perfect for our family. The kids had the room upstairs so they had their own private suite. We had the downstairs rooms which were pefect for our families. The home is very clean, up to date and easy access to the pool and beach. If you do not want to take your car to the beach since parking is at a premium, we recommend taking the Dune Buggy. It takes you door to door and is very convenient. What a beauitful development and lovely home. We look foward to staying here again some time soon. The Bass and Carroll Families

  • Had a terrific stay. Place seems brand new with all new furniture and appliances,including large outside deck/w gas grill.Also very convienent to many activities, and within walking distance to the beach,golf and alexanders restaurant. Looking forward to another visit in the fall.
