Located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the Old Frangista Beach House will take you back to the old Florida "key west" life-style.
With gorgeous views from all three floors, you can relax with morning coffee or watch the beautiful sunsets from any of the three porches. This home is wonderful for a family vacation retreat, couples get-away or group retreat.
The home offers two master suites. The master suite on the first floor is private and separate from the upper two floors making it ideal for more than one family to share the home. Walk right out onto your porch and down your private walk-way to the beach. The second floor living area is spacious with large windows and a porch overlooking the gulf -- ideal for grilling, sunning or relaxing.
Decorated in true old "key west" style, the home has a dream kitchen on the 2nd floor with all the extras including breakfast area that seats four and separate dining room with large table to seat six. The spacious living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing. An additional bedroom off the living area has both a double and a twin bed in it and it overlooks the gulf.
The spacious master suite on the third floor has a king bed, seating area and porch overlooking the gulf. The large master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub large enough for two, large dressing area and separate shower room. Additionally on the 3rd floor is a "kids" room that has two sets of bunk beds -- bottom is full size with twin at top. The corner bedroom on the 3rd floor has a king bed and a gorgeous view of the gulf. And we offer DISCOUNTED GOLFING at one of Destin's most prestigious golf courses! (Requires three day (3) advance notice for tee time.)
This large home is not your ordinary beachfront residence. Painted in beach blue, trimmed in coral, it blends in with the emerald green water and the blue sky to make it very "key west" in appearance and quite unique.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!!! Small dogs are allowed with pet deposit (maximum of 2).
Smoking is limited to the outside decks and balconies. The primary person renting must be 25 years or older unless special arrangements are authorized by owner's written consent.
