This elegant and spacious home features high coffered ceilings, 2 private pools and a heated spa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV and french doors leading out to the lovely gardens. There is also a private casita in the back with a bathroom and refrigerator.
There are a total of 2 king size and 2 queen size beds plus a foldout sofa and twin daybed.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen contains everything a chef would demand. There are granite countertops, commercial gas stove, built-in ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, and high quality cookware. The adjoining great room features a wet bar with refrigerator and sink, a large screen TV with surround sound and numerous DVD's and CD's.
The large master bedroom and master bath feature a jacuzzi tub, large built-in closet, separate shower area and beautiful marble details.
The backyard area is perfect for entertaining family and friends and includes a beautifully designed stone pool and jacuzzi with water features. There is a built-in gas barbecue, sink and refrigerator with bar area seating. There is also a large stone table and chairs under the lanai. Patio seating for dining can accommodate 12+ people. There are also chaise lounge chairs, umbrellas and extra seating as well. If it gets too warm there are built-in misters to cool you off.
This home has recently been professionally decorated and furnished by the Kreiss Collection and is elegantly appointed. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and extra refrigerator. Other amenities include an audio music sound system throughout the inside and outside areas of the home, a 2-car garage, and wi-fi internet access.
