Luxury 3 BR 3 BA unit on 18th floor with commanding view of the gulf from HUGE balcony.
This unit is in NEW condition, I just cant use it as much as i like, so we will offer some limited rentals in 2009. This is my personal unit, so i have put a number of extras into the unit. you will LOVE the comfortable mattresses and high quality furnishings within.
The unit has a master directly on the beach as well as the main living area. the unit has a king bed, queen bed, set of twin beds, and a sleeper sofa.
Ocean Ritz is a small complex, with only 65 units. The complex offers 2 pools, and a hot tub, all gulf front. Even a fitness area.
All the creature comforts are provided. linens, towels, high speed Wi-Fi access.
