My wife, my father-in-law and I spent Thanksgiving week in this wonderful home. We only used 2 of the five bedrooms and enjoyed every minute of the 8 days we stayed there. Since there were only three of us, Linda worked with on the price to make this a special vacation. This home is pet friendly and our 2 Calvalier King Charles and Yorkie loved it also. We took this vacation looking for a place to bring our 2 daughters and there families in the near future. Frangista Vista was all we had hoped for and then some. It was very spacious, and will be plenty of room when we bring the rest of our family. The home was very clean and we made sure when we left it was still clean. The location is excellent for shopping, eating, grocery, really anything you want to do in Destin. However, my favorite part was the beach. Great views, 3 separate decks to sit on, lots of glass to see out and the closest walk to the beach ever! Just walk right out of the first floor and you are just a few quick steps to laying by the water. It just doesn't get any better than a beautiful home right on the beach. We did experience trouble with the hot water heater in the master bath when we arrived. I called Linda and she sent a plumber over immediately to replace a limit switch. Excellent communication from owner, very easy to work with. When my wife started getting depressed on Friday afternoon because we would be leaving on Saturday, I call the owner and asked if we could work out a price to stay an extra day. To my pleasant surprise, Linda thought about it a few seconds, check her calender and said no one was checking on Saturday and that we could stay an extra day free. Boy, did that make my wife happy. I would highly recommend a stay here and I hope to stay many times in the coming years.
