We stayed here in August of 2011 with 2 adults and 3 teenage children. Bath towels and kitchen towels provided by owner, which was a plus when packing. Nice bath towels, not cheap ones like you would expect. Pillows are there as well...the only thing you need are beach towels and sheets. The condo was neat and clean and had all the necessities in the kitchen. Movies for all and gaming for the kids. The trolley picks up at the corner to take you to the boardwalk but doesn't always stop. Basically you are 1 mile from the Boardwalk, you can make the drive quite quickly and parking is available everywhere at the Boardwalk for @ $7.00 till midnight. The pool is nice and there are chairs around the pool to relax. The condo is very safe because you need a key to get into everything, including stairwells. The owner was very easy to work with, responded to emails very promptly and answered all questions I had. Some of the owners of other units (basically 1 couple) didn't seem to be real fond of teenagers but the owner of the unit I stayed in is going to address the issue. Most everyone else was very helpful showing us where the hose was to rinse off, directions to ACME, etc. which was greatly appreciated. WiFi in the condo was great, no trouble getting on at all. The only down side is there is nowhere to keep all the beach gear. There is a storage room, but it is for owners only, which I can understand but it does make it quite tedious rinsing all the chairs, cooler, boogie boards, etc. and then either taking them up to the room or storing them in the car until the next day. We had a truck so it was no big deal but would have been quite cumbersome otherwise. Overall, it was a great experience and I wish all property owners were as easy and professional as this one!! You can't go wrong staying here. I would recommend this property especially to those with young children and adults without teenagers. You can stroll down the street, no problem, no matter what time of night and feel safe. For families with teenagers like mine...they would have liked to be closer to the Boardwalk. I gave a rating of "Good" only because 2 of the owners gave my kids a hard time because they weren't wearing their pool tags while in the pool, the tags were left on the chair. (Again, the owner is going to address that issue). Otherwise, I would have rated this property as excellent.

Another great week on Miami Ave in Wildwood Crest. The Condo is comfortable like home- just like descirbed. Terrific loation the beach was beautiful. We'll be back again next summer!

Very nice upscale condo in a quiet neighborhood, Clean with a nice pool. close to the beautiful beach. We love the week,weather was hot and humide but the sea was great. One suggestion to the owner, a bigger table on the balconny to be able to eat outside and enjoy the sea breeze.

Great unit in a great location. On beach block with short walk to the beautiful Wildwood Crest Beach. Had all modern amenities and conveniences. Beautiful pool. We will be back!

The owner was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to answer questions I had about the place. The condo is beautiful, clean, neatly decorated, and close to the beach. We were very comfortable and would rent the condo again. The description was accurate and the pictures reflected the rental's appearance perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked which makes it convenient for renters. A big plus was having bath towels and kitchen towels in the unit. When you travel a distance not having to pack towels was a big help. We enjoyed the pool daily and it was clean. I would gladly recommend this condo to my friends and family. Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable.

What a great week! The condo was beautiful & clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The location is quiet & close to the beach. And just close enough to go to either Cape May for dinner or the boardwalk for rides.

We had a wonderful time. The condo met all of our needs. The location was great. The other owners/renters were very friendly people. The owner of the condo made all transactions go smoothly and professionally. We received our security deposit a week after we got back. I highly recommend doing business with him.
