Why the Owner Chose Sea Coast Gardens
During our family vacations in Orlando, Florida, we always seemed to make our way to the ocean for a few days. We fell in love with a small beach town called New Smyrna Beach. It has wonderful shopping, restaurants and 12 miles of sandy beaches. Our condo has a direct oceanview so that we can relax and watch the waves. The sunrise view from our balcony is outstanding. We can sleep to the sounds of the constant waves and wake up with a spectacular view of the water.

We are from the Midwest, and for our family a perfect vacation would be to visit the attractions at Walt Disney World, and then take a side trip to the beach. We love the ocean activities especially Boogie Boarding and swimming. We were especially pleased with the beaches on the east coast of Florida. We found a true paradise in New Smyrna, and we decided to buy there.
