Come for your best vacation ever in this relaxing retreat right on the Hamilton Branch inlet to Lake Almanor. 3-Bedroom (the 3rd bedroom is a sunroom off the living room and kitchen separated by a curtain) This, updated and remodeled lakefront has it all to make your week forever memorable: Start with a laptop computer provided with High Speed Internet connected, DVD library, games, puzzles and cards, 3 large T.V.'s all with cable & DVRs so you can record your favorite programs, 3 separate party /BBQ /viewing /sunning decks, large sunroom, giant living room, huge master suite, remodeled-convenient kitchen, horse shoe pitching, play lawn, brand new patio furniture, basketball hoop, fire pit for romantic campfires, a piano for those memorable sing-alongs and even covered parking for 3 vehicles, boat dock right on the best fishing inlet in the Western United States! You can even fish or swim in deep water right off the dock. Located in a protected cove away from wind yet close enough to the main lake to water ski, sail, swim, jet ski and play. There have been many upgrades like new carpeting and flooring, and freshening up to enhance your enjoyment. All this couldn't be located in a more secluded and private area with the soothing sound of the waterfall from the power house. This keeps the whole area cooler in the summer for those perfect summer days evenings and nights.
Wonderfully shaded and secluded location. One deck always has sun for that perfect tan or warm book reading. May allow a dog (with references i.e. well behaved) which is hard to find in any rental here at Lake Almanor. You will certainly know you have been on vacation because of all the peace & quiet, beauty and recreation!
