This luxurious home features three very large master suits with private baths and balconies and a loft to be used as a 4th bedroom. This house has a private pool and fenced yard, plenty of parking and is located on the desirable Thomas Drive near shopping ,restaurants, and St. Andrews Park. MAKE ALL YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE .
This house includes three floors, ground-level has a master suite with a queen bed, and full size private bath, complete with a walk-in shower with Italian tile, all handicap accessible. Same floor has a living area with hard wood floors, Dinette with plenty of seating, handicap accessible half bath and a kitchen complete with all stainless steel appliances and Corian countertops. It is beautifully furnished and the view is awesome . Private pool off the back of the house . Be our guest at our home 'Fossils in the Sand' Leave your foot prints in the sand and keep the memories for a lifetime.
Second level has a master suite with a queen size bed, private bath (with double sinks) and private balcony over looking the pool, room has enough space for a queen size air bed if you want to set one up for children . The second master suite with a King that can be converted into two twin beds and a queen size bed ,private bath (double vanity) and private balcony.
The upper level can be used as a sleeping room with a full size futon, and a twin bed, ceramic tile floors ,half bath ,wet bar, and balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico/sunsets. We would like to answer any of your questions, so call us. Make this your best vacation ever.
We have recently remodeled by removing all carpet and replacing with tile and hardwood! We have also redone the entire back pool deck, expanding it by 50%!
Pier Park is now open and ready for you shopping and restaurant outings.

I loved this house from the word go. My friend and I decided to plan a trip to PCB last april- and took it upon ourselves to find the perfect house. We narrowed it down to 5, but this one had everything we wanted. My family of 4 was coming, including 2 daughters aged 3 and 9, my best friend and my brother in law, and my aunt also flew in to stay with us. There was more than enough room! In fact when I opened the door I could not believe how spacious the house was. The photos do not do it justice. The owner was wonderful, and replied to all my questions (I had many!) and was very reassuring- I was also nervous about renting, as this was the first time I had done so. I had a long phone call with the owner to discuss everything and was felt much better after speaking with him. Things I loved about the house... How big it was- none of us felt cramped, or on top of each other; the pool- it was just the right size, and we spent many, many hours in there the 2 weeks we stayed; how close it was to everything! The beach was so quick to get to even with the kids in tow, Schooners was also right there! Trips to the beach/Schooners on a near daily basis! It was quiet and peaceful! That end of town was just so quiet you forget where you are! Yet it was a short drive to the hustle and bustle! I would definitely recommend this house to my friends, especially those with children. The house had a laid back atmosphere and not too "frilly" which is exactly what we wanted in a house. I am hoping to stay another 2 weeks in 2013 and also again in 2014. We went to St. Andrews state park for the day which is a very quick drive from the house, and was a very great day with the kids. We also enjoyed Pier Park, Gulf World and the Wonderworks museum. We also enjoyed going to the Alvin's island and sunsations which were both within walking distance. I can't really say anything negative about the house other than at some point it could do with a fresh lick of paint (as all houses do-including mine!) however I am not on holiday to fuss about the little things like that! The house came fully equipped with everything we needed and know better what not to bring next year! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a total of 10 people who rented this property and everyone had the best time they had in years, all 10 of us comfortably lived and vacationed at this property with no intrusions or complaints of being crowded. The onwers were a complete joy to deal with the accomidations were spot-less when we arrived. we have been been at this particular house twice because we had such a wonderful time and experience. Close to the beach (walking distance actually), resteraunts, activities. The age range of our group was between 8 - 60 and no-one was inconvenienced. To bad only a 5-star rating is the highest...I would give it a 10-star personally.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We did a family vacation - 4 generations. This home was perfect for families. This was best location for the beach. Wonderful pool. We would not hestitate to rent it, if we were visiting in the area again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The house and area was very nice. I would love to go back and have no reservations about recommending this rental to anyone.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
