For the weekend we stayed in your home, it truly felt like a home away from home. Your house had everything possible, all you truly needed was to bring your food & vacation mode with you. Thanks so much for everything! Wish we could have stayed longer - like forever! We all had a fabulous time. The views and scenery were spectacular and the cabin is an absolutely wonderful hide-a-way in the woods. We were lucky to be here in the fall at peak leaf changing time. This was definitely one of the more beautiful Fall seasons (all the color were vibrant and just amazing) Thanks again!

Wow! Thanks for sharing this warm and inviting home with us. I thought my mother was going to cry when she entered the doorway and being the "clean freak" that she is, she made certain that we did not become total slobs. Our time here has been peaceful, tranquil, and rejuvenating. We have made memories that will last a life time. My father, my mother, my husband, and I. The scenic route to Elijay made my heart pick up a few extra beats, it just had to rain!! I am ashamed to say that I cried. "RAIN ON TIN ROOF" what a treat. We all camped out in the master bedroom, mom & dad, talked about their childhoods, and again I cried. Again we want to thank you/ This place is lovely and the atmosphere you created made us feel right at home.

We loved our weekend in your cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed being iced in and building cozy fires. We loved your 100 CD collection - we just hit play and let it go all weekend. We had a very merry christmas! The cozy fireplace and relaxing atmosphere was just what we needed! Thank you for making your wonderful home available to people like us! Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful cabin. We had a very relaxing weekend, especially with the electricity out. We saw fireworks at the marina. Highly recommend! And, stopped for some steaks and trout at Enchanted Mountains in Morganton. Yum! Again, we appreciate your hospitality; wonderful place.
