A great family beach vacation for family and friends! The kitchen is fully equipped. The master has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom (which has its own porch) has a king size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 3 queen size beds. The Sundance has its own private pool with a natural gas grill. The beach is a short 5 minute walk or a 1 minute drive! If this is your first trip to Destin you're in for a wonderful suprise!! This was our first trip to Destin and we all had a great time. We loved the Sundance Cottage and found the home to suit all our needs. The home was very clean and had nicely landscaped yard & pool area. The beach being down the street was great. We loved to be able to walk to Camille's for dinner. Check out Destin Commons near by and the Destin Harbour. We found our new vacation spot!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house and pool were nice. We didn't mind the distance to the beach, but those with lots to take down or with trouble walking may want to drive. Our only negative with the home is that it is on a corner lot at what seems to be the main throughway to the public access. The pool is situated right on that intersection, so while swimming, there was a constant flow of both cars and walkers. Aside from that, definitely a comfortable, affordable home. It's been very well maintained, and you can't beat the location to restaurants and shopping.

We had the best time at the Sundance!!! What a beautiful spot!! The beach is right down the street and the house is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and all kinds of activities! We loved the porch and pool, the house is so charming and emaculate!! We'll be back next year! A highly recommend!

My family of seven stayed here last summer. It was wonderful! The home was immaculate and the location is outstanding. The pool is a huge plus. Almost no traffic, other than families walking to the beach. We took a break this year, but hope to return next year. We're from Texas and we all feel it was worth the drive.

This house had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and two 1 year olds. It is very close to town and a great walk to the beach. The pool was private and great for the babies to use. The only down side of this property was the parking space was very limited for anyone who drives a Truck or SUV. Other than that we had a very good stay and would recommend this property to others.

The pictures do not do this home justice. The carpet upstairs has been replaced, and newer patio furniture. The first thing I thought of when I walked in was that it smelled clean. We really enjoyed this home, lots of room. The only downside (in my opinion). The walk to the beach is a little too much if you have little kids, beach toys, chairs, and one adult (you). haha. But we still managed to go to the beach every day. It took about 10 minutes (with kids) to walk it..and the only bad part about that is carrying things and the HEAT!. But other then that, this is a perfect place for your family vac. I highly recommend it. The private pool was very nice. LOTS of nice bath towels which made it very nice as well...extra pillows and blankets in the closets. Tracie - Indiana
