Steps to Central Park, subway and walking distance to Columbia University this studio apartment has a large, private backyard, full double bed, sleeping 'nook' and open living/dining space. Additional one bedroom apartments are all full floors of varying size and have loads of detail and sunlight. All have full bathrooms complete with combination tub/shower. The location is wonderfully convenient, one block to Central Park, 2 blocks to subway, walking distance to Columbia University. Walking is easy, public transportation and taxis offer plenty of options for mobility.
The building is situated on a quiet, tree lined residential street in a Historically Designated neighborhood. The current long term tenants are professional academics affiliated with Columbia University. The setting is peaceful, private and relaxing. There is NO SMOKING allowed in the building and there are no pets permitted. We are looking for visitors who respect and desire and quiet and peacful environment for their temporary stay in New York.

About the owner: I have lived on the Upper West Side of Manhattan all of my adult life. I have two degrees from Columbia University including a Master's Degree of Public Health. I love this area, building and block and will be helpful with any questions regrarding visiting and living on the UWS.
