Enjoy a beautiful ocean-view right from your private balcony in this oceanfront community. This nautical & beach themed villa is conveniently located on the second floor near the front of the building. Very tastefully decorated and newly remodeled. New 32" flatscreen TV in the living room and a 19" flatscreen TV in the bedroom. Lots of movies in our library for your enjoyment. Brand new comfy towels and 500 thread count hotel brand sheets. There are many equisite restaurants to chose from on Hilton Head, we have put together a good listing for you as well as some local attractions. But if you prefer to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with many extras, such as, a crockpot, blender, cookbooks and many more. There is a barbeque grill and picnic table on the grounds if you would prefer an outside dinner.
We are locals who can help with any needs that may arise during your stay. We would like to help you with any extras that would make your stay more enjoyable. Year Purchased: 2005
My husband and I came to the Beaufort/Bluffton areas in 2001. I was a "traveler" for the hospital in Beaufort, we fell in love with the area and decided to stay! We have one son that loves to be near the beach as well. I work in Beaufort and my husband works in Savannah, so Bluffton is a good in between for the both of us. We absolutely love Hilton Head Island. We go down and enjoy it as much as we can. Although we are only about 20 minutes away, we always feel like we are on vacation when we go to the beach. The people are always friendly and the restaurants are great! We love our life here! We bought a condo in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort when we first decided to buy and sold it a year later to buy the condo we currently have. We wanted to be in the South Forest Beach area, we feel there is more to do and want to be able to offer our guests those accomedations. We hope you enjoy our villa as much as we do!
