Enjoy a beautiful ocean-view right from your private balcony in this oceanfront community. This nautical & beach themed villa is conveniently located on the second floor near the front of the building. Very tastefully decorated and newly remodeled. New 32" flatscreen TV in the living room and a 19" flatscreen TV in the bedroom. Lots of movies in our library for your enjoyment. Brand new comfy towels and 500 thread count hotel brand sheets. Brand new comfy mattress set. We also have two nice sturdy beach chairs and two beach bikes for your use. There are many equisite restaurants to chose from on Hilton Head, we have put together a good listing for you as well as some local attractions. But if you prefer to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with many extras, such as, a crockpot, blender, cookbooks and many more. There is a barbeque grill and picnic table on the grounds if you would prefer an outside dinner.
We are locals who can help with any needs that may arise during your stay. We would like to help you with any extras that would make your stay more enjoyable. Year Purchased: 2005
My husband and I came to the Beaufort/Bluffton areas in 2001. I was a "traveler" for the hospital in Beaufort, we fell in love with the area and decided to stay! We have one son that loves to be near the beach as well. I work in Beaufort and my husband works in Savannah, so Bluffton is a good in between for the both of us. We absolutely love Hilton Head Island. We go down and enjoy it as much as we can. Although we are only about 20 minutes away, we always feel like we are on vacation when we go to the beach. The people are always friendly and the restaurants are great! We love our life here! We bought a condo in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort when we first decided to buy and sold it a year later to buy the condo we currently have. We wanted to be in the South Forest Beach area, we feel there is more to do and want to be able to offer our guests those accomedations. We hope you enjoy our villa as much as we do!

Kendall, We had a really great stay at your villa. I came to Hilton Head for a weekend away with my 13 year old son and my 14 year niece. The location was great, we walked to almost everything that we wanted to do while we were there ( shopping, restaurants & the beach, of course). The bikes and the beach chairs that you had there were very useful during our stay. The Villa was very nice and clean and I did not find myself needing anything during our stay there that was not already provided before our arrival. We will definitely call you again when we visit HHI. Sarah

?Kendell was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean, and very comfortable and we felt right at home. The umbrella, chairs, boogie board and bikes were wonderful to have and use at our convince. Having an condo right on the ocean was great!!! Loved having coffee on the deck every morning. A very peaceful place. I would recommend to anyone to rent from Kendall and her husband.

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and the place was incredible. It was so close to the beach and walking distance to just about everywhere. It was the perfect place for a relaxing week and we hope to come back!

We had a great time at this condo. Owner was very nice and flexible, and we were able to book on a short notice. The condo feels like home with hardwood floors, nice decor and good quality everything. It is cozy, but not clustered, and it has everything you need. This is what my condo on the beach would be like if I had one :)

This makes the second summer that we have stayed in this condo. The interior is very clean (a must) and cute. It has two TV's (also a must with teenagers) and the kitchen had everything I needed for food prep. The location is right on the beach and there is a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Caligny Plaza is a nice stroll from the condo either by beach or land. Caligny has been renovated, making it very pleasant in the evenings. We discovered a new band "The Stepping Stones" that play down there one night a week which was great for my kids. Running and biking and watching the sun rise everyday just tipped us over into vacation bliss. Enjoy!!

We cannot even begin to tell you how much fun we had!! The villa is perfect. Love it. The bikes, the beach, everything. Thanks for the special touch of the "grad" banner and table cloth. We loved staying here at the Seaside Villas. This condo was super clean, neat and updated! Everything you need is available for you to use. Kitchen was fully equipped and even had a blender. :) We loved drinking our coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the ocean waves. We even saw some dolphins splashing in the water! It is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza which has many restaurants and shops. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded for the Spring break week we were there.
