HHI+ late winter vacation+ the beach= Perfect

We just got back from our stay and the condo was great. Perfect location walkable or bikeale to Coligny Plaza down the street for Shops, Restaurants, and the morning coffee. We stayed this past weekend and found the condo exactly as described very clean with great amenities and location in South Forest Beach. Kendall was excellent at communicating everything for our stay and making my first VRBO expirience excellent. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Being right on the beach was great for walking and even riding bikes on the beach. We had a great time and the weather was good for late Feb. We enjoyed having Coligny within walking distance for the shops and restaurants be forewarned sales people lurk looking to pitch timeshare and tours in front of restaurants and tourist traps we finally learned "no we're here with family" they would let you go without hassles then. All in all everything was perfect for a long weekend out of the snowbelt.

Kendall, We had a really great stay at your villa. I came to Hilton Head for a weekend away with my 13 year old son and my 14 year niece. The location was great, we walked to almost everything that we wanted to do while we were there ( shopping, restaurants & the beach, of course). The bikes and the beach chairs that you had there were very useful during our stay. The Villa was very nice and clean and I did not find myself needing anything during our stay there that was not already provided before our arrival. We will definitely call you again when we visit HHI. Sarah

?Kendell was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean, and very comfortable and we felt right at home. The umbrella, chairs, boogie board and bikes were wonderful to have and use at our convince. Having an condo right on the ocean was great!!! Loved having coffee on the deck every morning. A very peaceful place. I would recommend to anyone to rent from Kendall and her husband.

This makes the second summer that we have stayed in this condo. The interior is very clean (a must) and cute. It has two TV's (also a must with teenagers) and the kitchen had everything I needed for food prep. The location is right on the beach and there is a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Caligny Plaza is a nice stroll from the condo either by beach or land. Caligny has been renovated, making it very pleasant in the evenings. We discovered a new band "The Stepping Stones" that play down there one night a week which was great for my kids. Running and biking and watching the sun rise everyday just tipped us over into vacation bliss. Enjoy!!

HI KENDALL JUST WANTED TO THANK YOU FOR USE OF YOUR AMAZING CONDO THE PLACE WAS GREAT!!!. WE CAN NOT THINK OF ANYTHING YOU SOULD HAVE OR CHANGE IN YOUR CONDO!! YOU SHOULDBE PROUD OF YOUR PLACE,SHORT WALK TO BEACH AND TO RESTAURANTS A FEW BLOCKS AWAY. THE BEACH WAS BEAUTIFULL AND SO BIG THAT YOU HAVE PLENTY OF SPACE TO DO THINGS WE PLAYED BEAN BAGS OR CORNHOLE AS IT IS CALLED ALSO PLAYED PUTT PUTT GOLF ON BEACH!!! Thank you for sharing your "beach home" with us. Our family had a super time and our 20th year on Hilton Head was a huge success with thirteen Hudnalls from four states represented. The weather could not have been better! The bikes were a special treat for the nieces and nephews. Thank you for a memorable 20th year on HHI!

We had a great time at this condo. Owner was very nice and flexible, and we were able to book on a short notice. The condo feels like home with hardwood floors, nice decor and good quality everything. It is cozy, but not clustered, and it has everything you need. This is what my condo on the beach would be like if I had one :)

We cannot even begin to tell you how much fun we had!! The villa is perfect. Love it. The bikes, the beach, everything. Thanks for the special touch of the "grad" banner and table cloth. We would love to come back again next year. We had a perfect vacation, it was just what we needed after a very busy year.

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and the place was incredible. It was so close to the beach and walking distance to just about everywhere. It was the perfect place for a relaxing week and we hope to come back!

We loved staying here at the Seaside Villas. This condo was super clean, neat and updated! Everything you need is available for you to use. Kitchen was fully equipped and even had a blender. :) We loved drinking our coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the ocean waves. We even saw some dolphins splashing in the water! It is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza which has many restaurants and shops. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded for the Spring break week we were there.

I am a former resident of HH and travel to the island twice a month...I have experienced over a dozen homes through VRBO. The Kline's were extremely welcoming and went over and beyond to make sure that my vacation was successful! The unit is relaxing, clean, and provided a beautiful view of the ocean! I would recommend the owners for any vacation whether it is a short weekend trip or an extended stay!
