This 3 story condo home is situated in a lovely gated area that borders the Spanish Springs Square. On the street level floor of the house you can find a private bedroom with queen bed. The bedroom's French doors open on to a screened Lanai. A full bath and a spacious laundry room with washer & gas dryer are, also, on the first floor.
The main floor features an open living room with 20 foot ceiling and French doors that overlook the enclosed patio. The living room has a 42" flat screen TV and a DVD. The gas fireplace can be turned on by a switch on the wall for cool mornings or evenings. The adjoining dining area has a large glass top table with eight chairs. The fully furnished kitchen is open to the living and dining.
A breakfast bar with 4 bar stools separates the kitchen and dining. There is a half bath off the main living area for guests. The private master suite has a king size bed with memory foam mattress. The master bath has large shower, vanity, two corner cabinets and toilet. The master closet is oversized and adjoins the master bath.
The third floor is very large with two queen beds and three bedside tables tucked in to a niche on one side of the room. The adjoining entertainment area has a full sofa, coffee table and TV. This floor has its own bath with a shower, linen storage, vanity and toilet. This large room opens on to balcony that overlooks the Spanish Springs Square.
Basic cable, DSL internet and unlimited long distance for the U.S. is provided.
Guests are required to have an ID to enjoy all the activities The Villages have to offer. This golf cart community offers restaurants, shops, salons, movie theaters, bowling and live entertainment available every day and just steps away from this condo.
Golf courses abound in The Villages. Over twenty recreational centers that offer Pickle ball courts, tennis courts, fitness centers, access to 300 clubs, classes from line dancing to computer instructions heated pools, horseshoes, bocce ball, archery, cards, crafts, arts, etc. This unit is across the street from the Wellness Center which has massage available.
Country clubs are available for golf and dining.
Major stores, supermarkets, churches, pharmacies and restaurants are accessible by golf cart. The Villages have a shuttle service to and from the Orlando airport but it must be scheduled in advance.
Absolutely no pets or smokers! A damage deposit of $1040 is required plus a cleaning fee $125. The damage deposit will be fully refunded if no damage or excess cleaning is required.
Florida requires a 11% tax on all temporary housing.
