Our beautiful island villa is located next to the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Golf Course in the newest oceanfront community within the Waikoloa Beach Resort. This is an open, spacious, 1500 sq. ft. desirable ground floor end unit. As families or couples, you'll be welcomed with full island comfort in this exquisitely furnished unit.
As our guest, you are just steps away from the exclusive Oceanfront Club. There you'll enjoy swimming in the lagoon styled pool with in water loungers, a lavarock sand bottomed spa, fitness center with a 180 degree view of the ocean or TV's, and a tropical cafe & bar serving island inspired cuisine and drinks. You may also enjoy a game of tennis or basketball on site as well.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort is also home to two beautiful 18 hole golf courses. The King's and Beach courses are exceptional! Contact us for great golf deals.
A short scenic coastline walk will lead you to the Hilton Waikoloa Resort. Here you will find dining, shopping, spa treatments, and if you're adventurous, you can participate in a dolphin encounter! Great for kids and adults. On your walk, you'll probably spot a few sea turtles sunning on the rocks.
For the shopping enthusiast, visit both the King's and Queen's marketplaces. An exceptional gourmet food market awaits you in the Queen's.
Heading off to the beach? Beautiful, uncrowded, white sandy beaches are 5 to 10 minutes away. Snorkeling is fantastic, as well as the other ocean water sports. Our villa is fully equipped with beach chairs, towels, cooler, and a large bucket of sand toys!
Condo features: Our charming unit boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, including a king master suite with LCDTV, large walk in closet, granite countered bathroom with 2 sinks, walk in shower and soaking tub. A second queen bedroom and a 3rd twin bedroom share the 2nd bathroom, which has a tub/shower and single sink. The queen and twin bedrooms each have LCDTVs.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful cherry cabinets. Three stools are at the breakfast bar. A separate laundry room is conveniently located across from the kitchen. In the comfortable living/dining room, you'll enjoy dining, a soft comfy couch, chair and ottoman, and a LCDTV/DVD. Out the sliding glass door awaits a covered lanai, dining table, and a gas BBQ grill.
