Mother of the Groom
Mother of the Groom
We rented this home last week for my son's wedding in Monument, and all I can say is, fantastic! We hosted the rehearsal dinner for 60 people here, outside, and it was perfect. The lawn is beautiful, and the home is immaculate. Designed for entertaining, wide halls and stairways, large rooms, and ample bathroom access, this home was exactly what we were looking for in a mountain view setting for the dinner. Even more accommodating than the home, is the home owner, Jeff. He was always very quick to respond to my many questions, as I was planning the dinner, site unseen from NC, where we live. He sent dimensions, seating charts, and any other info I requested, and was always very polite. He was extremely helpful, and let me stop by the home on a visit 2 weeks before the wedding to see first hand the premises, and then the week of the wedding, he let me come by again for a final look before we finalized with the caterers. If you are looking for a large home to accommodate a group of people, this is the perfect place. We had 12 people there, and it was wonderful. A large deck with a fire pit in the back, overlooking the mountains provided the perfect place to unwind, spend time with friends, and relive the memories of the wedding. We rented 2 other homes in the Monument area for the wedding as well; this home, and the experience that the owner provided was by far the best.

Family from Texas, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Colorado came together for a reunion and we were all impressed with the house. The rooms are very comfortable and a great view of Pikes Peak from either deck. So many places nearby to shop and eat and a short ride to Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy and Pikes Peak to name a few attractions. We highly recommend this home.

Delightful Home w many amenities!
We stayed at this home for an extended family vacation including grandparents, cousins, aunts & uncles. We had 6 adults and 6 children in all. The home was immaculate, relaxing, and well furnished. In addition, the owners were fantastic to work with. They not only prepared the home well, but also checked on us to make sure we were well informed about local sites from dining, entertainment, and outdoors. They sincerely wanted us to enjoy our vacation to the fullest!

We rented this house for a family reunion and it worked out great! Plenty of space for our family to relax. Great kitchen with everything you could want, good size bedrooms, theater room, nice basement and best of all the back deck! The owners were very accommodating. A great house in excellent condition and location. Hope we can make it back there sometime soon!
