Come stay at this home in the Oceanside luxury gated community Buck Island. It is a short stroll (<1500 feet)to everything - the beach, Tim Buck II and Food Lion shopping areas, mini-golf, bumper cars, movies, great restaurants, wine tastings, best bagels on the beach, shopping, etc.
Once you are arrive, you can park your car and relax! The house is professionally designed and furnished with your comfort in mind. It includes four master bedrooms with TVs, 5 DVD players, one VHS player, private pool, hot tub, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen (all new appliances for 2010), surround sound stereo system and WI-FI.
Our home includes an open great room, dining room, eat-in kitchen where you can enjoy each other while cooking meals or playing games. There is also a den with tv/dvd on the mid-level to share. Sit on the mid level deck and enjoy the quiet looking out onto a green area. Or sit in the fenced in patio area and enjoy the pool and hot tub with outside shower.
Community amenities include an Olympic size swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, new playground less than 1/2 a block away, and beach Cabana where you can rent umbrellas and buy snacks at the beach. A parking lot and outside showers/bathrooms are available at the ocean walkway. Walk along the tree lined streets and enjoy the turtles and birds that are around the various ponds in the neighborhood.
