Using a car will be your choice. It will not be necessary. Ballston Metro is less than 1 mile away, accessible by walking, taxi or bus. Restaurants, convenience store, shops are 2 blocks away. Safeway Grocery is 1 mile. Harris Teeter is 1 mile. Whole Foods is 2 miles.
The Ballston Metro Orange Line "with a view" travels thru Rosslyn and on into the center of town without changing trains. You want to be close to a metro that gets you easily to the Capitol/Mall. Stay close to a line that will get you there easily.
GPS is available if you prefer to drive to sights West. With notice, we will be more than happy to provide transportation to connecting locations and stores.
Sleeps 6 in 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. All have down comfortors.
Sleeps 10 with a queen sofabed, wide leather couch and one raised-areobed.
Toiletries provided (shampoo, paper, tissue, etc)
DAILY CLEANING SERVICE and fresh towels provided.
FIOS TV and WiFi throughout the home; bring your laptop.
52" TV in lower family-room.
Dining table extends to seat 10. Another table is in the family room.

Two cats live here, and they will be gone during your stay.

$1,000/night additional nights.
$6,000 and Lease signed by all adult parties to secure your reservation.
$4,000 due at checkin.
$10,000 Non-refundable.
$2500 refundable Security Deposit upon check-in.
