This was the 2nd year in a row that we stayed here and we love it. The condo is very clean and really nice. I have been in some of the other condos in the complex and this is the nicest one I've seen. This complex is perfect for a family vacation because it is so small and you can watch the kids in the pool from the deck and be back and forth to the beach in a flash. Thank you so much for another perfect vacation!!!!!

The property was just as the photos reflected. We had lots of room and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great time to go to the beach, not very many people and the temps were perfect. The restaurants in the area were easy to get a seat. The unit was very well equipped. The only thing we had a complaint with was the wifi. It was very difficult to get a strong signal and no signal in the bedrooms. Also if you have AT&T cell it is very spotty. You get a better signal on the beach. The owner was very easy to work with and we had no problem getting the keys from the on site managers. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a very quite and comfortable vacation home.

Kids' First Trip to the Beach

My wife and I took our 8 & 5 year old daughters to the beach for their first time this Spring Break. We could not have had better weather and a more enjoyable trip. Sandpiper is a beautiful complex and our unit was perfect! It had all the amnenities we were looking for: on the beach, separate bedrooms and heated pool. I will definitely be back and will try to get the same unit again! Thank you!!

We just returned from Gulf Shores and your condo. We have been making this trip for 21 years and every year it is a search to find the best place to stay....well we will search no more! Everyone in the family decided that this would be the condo we return to. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for offering such a "home' away from home ~ it was such a blessing!

This condo was Perfect!!! The pictures don't do it justice. Very roomy, we had 8 in our group and we had plenty of room. Very clean condo, well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, linens, etc... The king-size bed was the best I've ever slept on! Just a short walk to the beach was great. Excellent parking, security guard at night made us feel safe! Will stay here again!!!!

We just returned from our week stay at this unit in the Sandpiper. It was exactly what we expected from seeing the pictures. No deceptions. We loved the condo setup with a very nice deck area outside the condo. Very well kept property. Our two grandsons loved having the pool, and the property was very safe. We could let them take out the trash and go check out the pool, because we could see them from the balcony. Needless to say, we will be going back for more vacations here. Judy & bill

Sonya, Wanted to drop you a note and let you know how much we enjoyed our stay and the use of your condo while we where in Gulf Shores . It is a lovely place and the view and accommodations were superb! You made our last Spring Break softball trip very enjoyable. Our daughter is a junior but will start Medical School in the fall as an early entry candidate- so our softball days are coming to a close. We were very please with the entire experience. We really appreciated the weather since our winter in Missouri has been miserable. The day I found your condo on line I was at home because we had had a 8-10 inch snow storm. And as we arrived home last Friday evening and woke up to about 6 inches of snow on Saturday morning and another 4 on Sunday morning. Once again thanks- it was a great week. Wiley and Melody
