Enjoy over 2300 square feet of luxury living spread over three floors. But, if steps aren’t your favorite,there is an elevator from the ground floor to the main living area on the second floor. The master bedroom features a new king-size bed, an elegant bathroom with double sinks, tile counters,a large shower & a large walk-in closet. Enjoy the water, golf & mountain view from inside or from the private balcony off the master. The guest bedroom has a new queen-size bed & also features the beautiful marina, golf & mountain views. This bedroom also has a large walk-in closet & a large, nicely appointed bathroom. All linens are provided. The third floor has a loft equipped with a large desk, a queen sleeper sofa & a full size dresser & incredible Swan Mountain views!
The living room features a comfortable oversized sofa and chair, each recline for maximum relaxation. Enjoy the comfort while watching the large flat screen TV equipped with expanded cable & a DVD player, or enjoy your favorite music on the new stereo system equipped with an IPod docking station. Or just enjoy the views from the oversized windows in this room. The dining area features a table for 6 with awesome views – while dining, watch the boats in the harbor, the deer on the golf course or the osprey & bald eagles flying overhead! The kitchen has granite countertops, modern appliances & a designer tile floor. It is equipped with all the comforts of home & features a beautiful Swan Mountain view.
The townhome has an oversized, double garage & a large laundry room with a full size washer & dryer. The townhome is air conditioned & has ceiling fans in each bedroom, & room darkening blinds for those not caring to be awakened by the early morning summer sun.
Harbor Village is located within the Eagle Bend Community & is ideally situated on the Flathead River just a quarter mile north of Flathead Lake. Flathead Lake is the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi & is 27 miles long & 13 miles wide. It is surrounded by mountains including a view of the Glacier National Park peaks. An ideal spot for power boating, sailing, waterskiing, tubing, fishing or just relaxing. You can bring your own boat (launching ramp steps from the townhouse) & rent a slip in the full service Harbor Village Yacht Harbor or inquire into including our 35 foot slip in your rental. There are several marinas in the area from which you can rent a boat or jet ski for a day.
Harbor Village and Eagle Bend feature 27 holes of golf – designed by Nicklaus & rated the #1 golf course in Montana. The course features 18 championship holes & the “Lakeview 9” (walker friendly), all with spectacular scenery. There’s even a pull cart in the garage for your use. The area is also great for bicycling– flat & scenic with deer, birds, fox & other wildlife. Help yourself to the 4 bikes in the garage. The neighborhood also features a fitness center with an indoor pool & outdoor tennis courts. A nominal fee provides access.
The townhome is located just a 2 minute drive from the quaint village of Bigfork. Bigfork is home to a wonderful Summer Playhouse which features several productions each year. Past performers have gone on to Broadway after starring in performances such as "Hello Dolly", "Singing in the Rain" & "Paint Your Wagon". Get your tickets early – people come from all over NW Montana to enjoy this theater! Bigfork also has wonderful fine dining, art studios of famous sculptors & painters, numerous quaint shops for jewelry, clothing, art & home décor. The Christmas celebration in Bigfork is wonderful with festive decorations & sleigh rides down “Electric Avenue”. In the town there is a full size grocery, pharmacy, gas stations, etc.
Just outside Bigfork, the possibilities are endless. We are just 35 minutes from Glacier National park with it’s unsurpassed beauty & unmatched outdoor entertainment. Wildlife abounds– you may see moose and bear! The snow capped mountains, glaciers and waterfalls are spectacular– if you enjoy hiking, Glacier has over 700 miles of scenic trails ranging from a leisurely stroll to a vigorous climb. We’d be happy to provide suggested daily or over night hikes. In Glacier, enjoy fine dining at the historic lodges, kayaking or canoeing on the many lakes, guided tours in the historic “Red busses” or just driving along the famous “Going to the Sun” highway. Words can’t describe it – you’ll just have to experience it yourself. We’ve driven it over 50 times, & still love it every time! The townhouse is about 50 miles from the Canadian Border, about 4 hours from Banff & Lake Louise in Alberta, 90 minutes from the National Bison Range, 20 minutes from a water park with slides sure to delight the kids, 35 minutes from adventurous whitewater rafting, 10 minutes from horseback riding and fly-fishing, etc.
Kalispell is a 20 minute drive & has a convenient international airport, & stores such as Target, Walmart, Borders bookstore, & Best Buy. Whitefish is just 45 minutes & is a quaint western town featuring casual & fine dining, great shopping & Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort on Big Mountain. The 3000 acre ski area is full service & has 94 groomed trails, 20% beginner, 50% intermediate & 30% expert, and short lift lines! The views of Glacier, Canada & the Flathead Valley from the slopes are breathtaking! In the summer, the resort offers hiking trails, mountain biking, wildlife viewing & mountaintop dining.

My husband and I grew up in the midwest but have always loved the mountains! When we first visited Montana, we fell in love with the lake, the mountains and the people. We bought this townhome on our first visit to the area and haven't regretted it for one moment! Our kids love it too - swimming, tubing, hiking, wildlife sightings and the gorgeous mountain fresh air! We plan to retire here one day...

Norbert and I stayed here in September 2010. The owners were great to work with and we plan to stay here again. The condo was very clean and had a "Home away from Home" feel. The condo was very close to downtown Bigfork and also Glacier Park. We enjoyed cooking, drinking wine and watching the beautiful sunsets off the patio. The complex is also nice for an evening stroll. We saw several deer on the grounds during our morning and early evening walks. Thanks you for making this a very relaxing vacation! Tammy & Norbert

What a gorgeous place - beautifully decorated and so clean. We just couldn't believe how beautiful the view was and how nice the furnishings were - this rental is everything the owner has written and more. The owners were very easy to work with and very fair. We traveled here from Arizona and do plan to return next year and hopefully many years to come.

We spent last Christmas and all of January in this beautiful townhome! It was quiet, very clean, well equipped and what a view! The beds were extremely comfortable - so different from many other places we have rented. We so enjoyed the skiing at Big Mountain, which was an easy 45 minute drive. The slopes weren't crowded, the people were friendly and the snow was awesome! A day of snowmobiling on top of the mountain was great too. And we went to Glacier park several times where we snowshoed and played in 2 feet of snow in Apgar Village. We just loved the town of Bigfork all decorated for Christmas - and the horse drawn sleigh ride down Electric Ave. was romantic. We did lots of Christmas shopping in the town too. The owners couldn't have been any nicer!

Our family of 4 had an awesome stay in the summer of '08. The location is perfect close to Bigfork, Flathead River and the lake. The views of the Marina and the mountains are incredible - especially sunset from the balconies. The condo is in an upscale community (Eagle Bend) with excellent golf and is perfect for walking & biking. There are large bedrooms and bathrooms with tasteful, new furnishings. The owners were a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for wildlife sightings, stay here! We saw grizzlies, moose, elk, an eagle, bison (dozens), big horn sheep and others in Glacier Nat'l Park and Bison National Range which are both convenient to this goregous condo. If you stay here, you'll want to come back!

This was the best vacation spot where we have stayed inside the United States. The views are specticular and the sunsets are gorgeous. The townhouse is well decorated and very comfortable. It has everything you would need for a one week stay or a month. It just felt like you were at home. It is convenient to the town of Bigfork where there are excellent restaurants. The owners have compliled a lot of information on the town and the sights in the area. Can't wait to go back again.

We had an incredible time during our 5-day visit. We played two rounds of golf, rode bikes through the area (thanks for letting us borrow those), tubed on Flathead Lake, hiked to Iceberg Lake in Glacier National Park, and went fly fishing on the Flathead River. Despite our busy stay, we found time to enjoy the wonderful views at this beautiful townhome. You couldn't ask for a better home away from home experience to enjoy this area. We can't wait to go back!

Dianne and I spent a wonderful week here in Bid Fork, the condo is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything a family needs to enjoy their vacation in Montana. We watched deer across the lake as we had our morning coffee in the breakfast room. The breath taking views were awesome going through Glacier Park and driving on "Going to the Sun Road". It was one of our most memorable vacations ever.

We stayed in this beautiful townhome for two months last summer and it was incredible. The views and location are just perfect! The townhome is nicely appointed with Montana decor, it is well furnished and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and elegant, and the beds are very comfortable. We loved sitting on the balconies and eating breakfast. The owners were so easy to work with - the rental was without a hitch. We are disappointed we can't return this summer but definitely will go back as soon as we can!

My husband Andrew and I went to Montana the summer of 2007. We stayed at the Littlefield's beautiful townhome. We loved the views out of all of the windows. We watched sunsets and sunrises. We were so comfortable in the townhome. It was luxurious and very spacious. We took long walks and we were so content. We can't wait to go back again.

What a wonderful vacation property and location! The townhome is stunningly decorated, the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped for gourmet entertaining. The townhome is in a very quiet, upscale neighborhood and is great for the morning walk or run. The views are spectacular to the mountains and to the lake. Big Fork is quaint with excellent restaurants, amazing summer theater, and great shops/galleries. We easily drove to Glacier Natl Park for day hikes and Flathead Lake is right out the door! The owners were easy to work with and gave us great vacation tips for the area. I would go back in a heart beat!
