We stayed in this house for 15 nights and it was great. The house was very accurately portayed on the website. The house is nicely furnished with lots of personal and homey touches like books, coolers to take to the beach, some spices and loads of towels. Kris was great and provided a good orientation to the house and its features. We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated and that was well worth it. The pool area and yard a very nice. Since the area is protected from the wind we were able to have all our meals outdoors. The TV and sound system are older and it would have been nice if there were a second TV in the house but the weather was nice enough that we didn't watch much TV

The renters are very easy to deal with and communicate well. The house is well located near many golf courses and not too far from the beach (20 min drive). It is a spacious home with lots of beds and a nice outdoor pool/porch area. Overall, we had a great time.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family of 7 was trying to recreate a vacation experience we had in the Abaco Bahama Islands several years ago. Our aim was to rent a house with a pool that had a central location so that we could venture out each day to a different destination (island). We managed to do exactly that. This house provided us with a base camp and we visited 4 different beaches in 6 days. Clearwater beach and sunset at Pier 60, Honeymoon Beach and Caladessi Island, St Petes Beach at Passe a Grille. Also, Tarpon Springs for Greek food and Sponge Docks, Ellenton Outlet Mall and Tarpon Fishing out of Bradenton. We also saw Winter the dolphin from the movie Dolphin Tales at the aquarium. Each night we returned to the house for swimming and dinner by the pool. The house is comfortable and the photos basically reflect the overall appearance. The master suite is well decorated in the East Indies theme. There is only one TV located in the family room which was fine with me. Wi Fi was convenient for all of our tech toys. Had very few issues other than traffic noise behind the house. The neighborhood is easy access to connecting roads to the other areas we visited. Overall, this property provided what we needed and we enjoyed our stay there.

We had the most wonderful vacation in a perfect house, very nice decorated in perfect shape, nice and clean, with all you need for a vacation, Kris meet us at the house and made the whole process from renting, arrival and departure very easy for us, perfect customer service, we will for sure rent this house again, on another vacation in this area. Family of 6, from Denmark & Kansas Fam. Ungstrup.

WE HAVE RENTED THIS HOME, FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS. THE HOME IS BEAUTIFUL, PLENTY OF ROOM, A BEAUTIFUL POOL.THE AREA IS GREAT WHAT EVER YOU NEED, IT IS RIGHT THERE FOR YOU. THE MANAGER IS KRIS, SHE IS GREAT, IF SOMETHING IS WRONG ONE PHONE CALL, AND IT IS FIXED IN A HOUR.ALSO THE HOUSE IS STOCKED,

As one of the biggest germaphobes I know, I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay in Clearwater at Tropical Haven. It was extremely clean upon arrival, and the place was so wonderfully decorated! The master suite area absolutely beautiful- the large walk-in shower, dreamy. Kris really went above and beyond to keep us happy- she treated us like royalty! She made our stay even more enjoyable! I hope to stay here again in the future!

Our stay in this palm harbor house was so much more then we expected! The house was beautiful-even better then the pictures and in a beautiful, quiet,upscale neighborhood! The pool was incredible and really made our vacation! The house is very well decorated and taken care of-and with 11people in our family(ranging from 5-65) there was plenty of space and we never felt cowded! We were perfectly in the middle of everything-from Tampa with Busch Gardens and the aquarium right down the highway to Orlando and all its attractions about an hr. away as well as our choice of 3beaches right by the house and clearwater beach a short drive... Kris was also a pleasure to work with-alwasy making sure everything is perfect! Overall our vacation was amazing and I cant say thank you enough!! We will stay here again for sure when were back in the area!

We'd really enjoy our stay in this beautiful house. Everything was perfect. The kids enjoyed the big pool very much. And we also liked the pool, the garden and the house. Thank you Kris, for everything.

What a great place to stay!!! Kris made it easy and we had no problems. we had 8 teenagers and 2 adults in the home for 1 week and never had one problem!!!! I would recommend this house to anyone with alot of people. The neibhood was quit and frendly the pool was wonderful, even for kids swimming at a national meet they still used it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never second guess on this house that's for sure, our group is looking foward to using it again!!!!!!!!! Thanks for a GREAT stay!!!!!

I stayed here with 5 friend and we had a great week. The house was a great place to stay, plenty of space for us to eat and lounge. The pool was heated to be lovely and warm. We were given a warm welcome and lots of friendly advice on local restaurants and shops.

We needed a large property for our family as we were at a wedding and found this house ideal. The property was very nicely appointed, well maintained and obviously a home. Facilities were good and we were encouraged to use what we wanted. The pool was quite large, good for exercise and warm! with the surrounding gardens well established. The kitchen had everything you could need and the house was in a good position. Kris was very helpful and if we go back to Florida I am sure we will use them again.

The house was nice overall and I think it was basically true to the information and pictures on the Home Away site. Personally, I found working with Tim and Kris very easy and straightforward.

Enjoyed our weeks stay our 2 children and relatives with 2 children. Children spent every day in the pool. Close to restaurants, shopping and beaches, Loved Bon Appetit restaurant in Dunedin. Thank you

My 3 sons and I spent a week in this spacious family home for Spring Break. We enjoyed our stay and the location of this home meant that we were well positioned for Clearwater beach, Busch gardens, eating out and shopping. The comprehensive file of information left for guests to help them plan and enjoy their stay was really great. I thought the laundry facilites were great, and all the beds were extremely comfortable. I would stay in this vacation home again. Hazel
