The owner described house accurately, Sits on the water with a breathtaking view of the pacific ocean. This is as peaceful as it's going to get. You might need a car to get to area attractions and to do some grocery shopping. House is great and owner is fantastic to deal with. Recommend highly.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

My family enjoyed this beautiful beach house for a week over the holidays. The owner of the property was wonderful to work with and the home had everything we needed and more! We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious house for resting and enjoying family days. We loved the uncrowded beach. We were able to take several day trips while at the house as well. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and fun. We hope to go back soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

As the ad represents, this is a lovely house right on the ocean. Beautiful views from the send floor. Very private beach. Home was well furnished and equipped. We did no rent a car, but would recommend having one, as it is a couple miles to the resort and 18 miles from David. Very hot mid-day, but nice in A.M. and evening. The air conditioning worked well and was welcome during the heat of the day. Beautiful sunsets, wonderful waves, pelicans flying in formation. The view away from the ocean was beautiful also. The mountains in the distance were a beautiful background.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We just completed a full weeks stay at this home. The owner of the property has accurately represented this ideally located house. Additionally, he was very helpful in addressing all of our questions and concerns. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the clean and uncrowded beach. We used the house as the base for numerous day trips to the mountains, remote islands and rain forests and even a drive to the Caribbean, which is only a couple of hours away. We look forward to returning to this property in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
