Gorgeous 2500 square foot Blue River Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, additional room off master bedroom (Sleeps 8 comfortably).
Our mountain condo is located on the Blue River and is an ideal location for skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing and all outdoor activities. We are within twenty minutes of Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain, and 30 minutes from Vail. The views are outstanding and the location is superb.
The downstairs has two bedrooms, one king bed and one queen, with attached full bathrooms for each. There is also an additional living room on this level along with a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom is upstairs with a king bed and a private room just off the side with two twin beds. The master bathroom has dual sinks and a Jacuzzi tub and glass shower. We also have a queen size sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room with a ½ bath as well.
There is a spacious living area upstairs with a gas fireplace and CD/DVD player,as well as a 36 inch cable TV. There is a large deck with fabulous views on the west side and a smaller deck off the master bedroom with breathtaking views as well. There is an attached two car heated garage on the lower level. Within walking distance is a free shuttle bus service to neighboring Summit County towns and ski areas.
Pets are not allowed and no smoking.
This condo is only seven years old and was constructed with high end amenities including granite countertops in the kitchen, tile in the bathroom, slate tile and oak wood floors. The railings are split rail logs and the doors are all knotty pine.
While we prefer weekly rentals, we may negotiate for nightly rentals on short notice.
This condo is absolutely beautiful, new and a wonderful place to spend time if you like outdoor activities or to just relax by the fireplace in the mountains. There are outlet malls just minutes away, grocery stores, restaurants and plenty of shopping just down the street.
