We welcome you to enjoy "Verde (or green) Villa, 313 The Breakers." The view from the balcony is one of the best on the island. We especially enjoy the moon over the Atlantic, and the sound of the waves.
Our villa was totally remodeled in the winter of 2008. We have tried to think of everything to help make your vacation perfect. Please look at the pictures we have provided, you will see, this is not your average Breakers unit. The kitchen was enlarged to make it more spacious and enjoyable for cooking. We love the granite counter tops, large sink, and roomy cabinets. The 42 inch flat screen was mounted on the wall in the living room to give you more room. Of course the picture is great so if you do have a rainy day you can rent a movie and really enjoy it. And you won't believe the bedroom. We put in French doors to open it up, a series of wall cabinets for your clothes and a flat screen TV mounted to the wall for your enjoyment. Of course the bathroom was totally redone too, and we have a brand new washer and dryer, so you can pack on the light side if you want.
You will notice the green color on the walls...we also tried to make it as "green" (environmentally friendly) as possible. The cabinets are made of wood from sustainable forests, and the glues in them are non toxic. The paint on the walls have little or no toxic materials. We are switching to florescent bulbs were possible. We hope to be able to do even more as we have grandchildren whose future we want to protect.
The Breakers location is the best on the island! You will be able to enjoy biking, running, walking or sunning on the beach. There are many good restaurants, shops and grocery stores within walking distance. And the Breakers pool is a favorite hang out for both kids and adults.

The Verde Villa was everything that we wanted in a Hilton Head vacation villa. The location is perfect. Two minute walk to the shops at Coligny, the grocery store, and Stu's Surfside Subs (delicious). We woke up in the morning and had coffee on the patio and watched the ocean. We watched the stars, drank wine, and listened to the ocean on the patio at night. We loved the beautiful kitchen, and all the amenities. We were a short drive to all the great restaurants that we wanted to go to, we walked to the beach, to the bike rentals, grocery store, the Tiki Bar (at the Holiday Inn), Aqua (great happy hour), and to all the great shops at Coligny. The owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't have asked for anything more out of a vacation villa. Thanks again!! We're definitely foodies, and love a good happy hour, and glass of wine. You should definitely check out a few of our favorite places: Red Fish (incredible wine selection in their own wine store) Wise Guys (our favorite place. tapas and wines) Alligator Grille (sushi) Frosty Frog!! (walking distance to the villa, the best frozen drinks. a must)
