Stay in the heart of it all... Located in the heart of the Theatre District and in the center of the loop, this 1450 square foot residence has lots of space and nothing but glass.

This is the best location in Chicago with stunning city views. This luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom home is just a short walk to everything.

This is a brand new building that was completed in July of 2008. It is a top of the line condo in the heart of the city. Garage Parking available for an additional $25 a night.

Conveniently located within walking distance of night life, restaurants. Theatres include: The Cadillac Palace Theatre, Bank of America Theatre, Imperial Theatre, The oriental Theatre and The Goodman Theatre.

When you return from your busy day you will be met with top of the line luxuries in your home away from home. Hardwood floors throughout, imported onyx countertops, stainless steel commercial grade appliances in the kitchen with a built in coffee maker and imported marble in the master bathroom with a steam shower.

The master bedroom is designed with Asian accents and has a queen sized bed, HDTV, recliner and ceiling fan.

The master bathroom has an iridescent glass tiled steam shower both a rain forest and hand held shower head. Heated towel racks, vanity dresser and ToTo toilet with washlet and heated toilet seat.

The second bedroom has a high-end German-made queen sized sleeper sofa with a pillow top mattress, HDTV and aa computer and printer for you to use during your stay.

The second bathroom has an extra deep tub plus a shower with built in candle niches.

The balcony overlooks the Daley Center historic State Street and has been finished off with pavers and a gas grill.

Dining options include Trump's new exquisite masterpiece Sixteen, Aria, the infamous and historic Berghoff Restaurant, Morton's, Nicks Fish Market and Rosebud Prime to name a few.

Across the street is the largest Macy's in the country, not to mention Nordstrom Rack, H&M, and you're just steps from the Magnificent Mile, The Cultural Center, Art Institute, Millennium Park, Grant Park and the Field Museum.

  • We were 6 french researchers attending a big conference in the Mc Cormick place, and we rent this aparmtment to have the opportunity of sharing a great place in the center of Chicago. I have to say that our stay was really perfect. The condo is very nice and well equiped, with hot steam shower, internet, and amazing kitchen and great furnitures. The location is also amazing, just in the heart of the Theater district, close to subway stations and everything you could imagine in the Loop. A very good quality / price advice.

  • My two sisters, brother and I rented this place for a sibling get-together and we couldn't have been happier. The location is great and the unit is beautiful. Lots of character, very welcoming and incredibly comfortable. The owner left lots of great information for us...we truly felt like guests in a friend's home.
