Erholung pur

Absolute Ruhe! Wir waren Pfingsten in der Unterkunft, da waren wir ganz allein. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 30 Minuten entfernt in Citta di Castello.

Schöne, schattige Terrasse mit...

Schöne, schattige Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Großer, sauberer Pool mit schöner Anlage Drumherum. Insgesamt ist es ein Bauernhof und dementsprechend laufen liebe Hunde frei rum und hinterlassen auch mal das eine oder andere. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Aber: Unterkunft sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Nur das Nötigste an billigem Geschirr vorhanden. Küche sehr klein, kein Wohnzimmer, dadurch etwas ungemütlich.

Etwas abseits gelegen, dafür s...

Etwas abseits gelegen, dafür sehr ruhig. Der Blick in die Umgebung ist sensationell. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und bieten einmal die Woche ein gemeinschaftliches Essen an. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde Pizza im Steinofen gebacken. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach aber funktionell eingerichtet. Gut sind die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Die komplett üerdachte Terasse bot wunderbaren Schatten. Der Pool war sehr sauber und hatte eine angenehme Wassertemperatur. Zwar gab es keine Kaffemaschine, dafür eine typische Mokkakanne. Mit italienischem Kaffepulver schmeckt der Kaffee viel besser als aus einer Kaffeemaschine. Die beiden Hunde der Besitzer laufen frei herum, dies ist aber kein Problem, denn sie sind sehr sehr lieb und zutraulich. Unsere Kinder fanden die Hundebegleitung vom Pool zum Haus immer sehr nett. Die Hunde bleiben auch immer draußen sitzen und laufen nicht in die Wohnung. Reisetipps: Nachdem wir vor drei Jahren Urlaub in der Toskana gemacht haben, waren wir auf Umbrien sehr gespannt. Tatsächlich sind hier sehr viel weniger Touristen unterwegs. Wir besuchten Citta di Castello, Monte Tiberina, Assisi, Arezzo und viele kleine Dörfer. Gerade diese kleinen Dörfer machen den Charme von Umbrien aus. In Montone z.B. ist es sehr ursprünglich. Es fahren dort keine Autos und Touristen verirren sich kaum dorthin.Uns hat es dort gut gefallen.
